Its my fourth exam tomorrow.....Differential Diagnosis. Too much difficult subject, but more than being difficult....its too much mixing and confusing.Soo many clinical cases and diseases ....then there symptoms and investigations. I just hope for a good attempt for tomorrow as my last exams didnt went well.....
