Take a good rest, drink lots of water and eat fruits that are rich in vitamin C.
it's my friend I've tried everything but I just want to know what is the best solution so that my flu quickly subsides
just take a rest and drink more water take a medicine flanax if it is available in your area or much better to have a body steaming with boiling water just put small amount of salt or ginger and cover your face with towel
