I have been doing some digging and it appears that the same 3 addresses are the ones who tip me here. I thought at first it was just a nice friend that was sending me $0.01 or $0.02 tips. But after digging into them I think they are just the Noise.App wallet address. It gets sent roughly $33,000 worth of BCH and distributes that to all of us.
