After doing a lot of digging I figured out my current PC does not have Secure Boot as a supported solution (even though I turned it on in the BIOS) which is why I can't upgrade to Windows 11. The reason is because my nvme drive is setup as MBR and not GPT. In order to setup GPT I would basically need to reinstall Windows on it.... and yeah I am not about to do that today. Maybe a month or so down the road when I have more time :) Who knows maybe it will fix a few other issues I am having
