No political bias or any of that crap here. As an American though I feel this process with trying to elect a House Speaker speaks so much to our Political system in America right now lol Who would have thought this would have been this hard. We are onto our 6th vote already lol

It is a really weird picture of democracy that you are spreading in the world. Fortunately, there are different approaches... I wish success so that you don't end up with 133 rounds of elections again.

      I think in the 21st century the electoral college we have is stupid. If 51% of Americans want a president why does it matter which district/city/state/whatever that they live in. Like okay if 51% of Americans live in rural America and they want President A then who cares if 49% live in major cities and President B. Like it's just trying to be complicated for no reason. I understand why they had it back in the day but it makes zero sense today.
