I checked back in with Farsite.online today. Turns out that you can now purchase land on planets. You need a plot of land in order to mine and build on it. So yeah kind of important. I quickly realized that each plot of land was worth 2.18 Million Credits. I have 30,000 credits for free for doing the pre-release tasks. The way it works is that 1 FAR token is worth 1,000 credits. So I need 2,180 FAR Tokens in order to buy a plot of land. From what I can tell it is impossible to purchase FAR Tokens as of today. I can't find an exchange to purchase them. I am telling you right now if it costs more than $25 for those 2,180 FAR Tokens I am out. I will play the game like I played Prospectors and just be a mule to move resources from A to B. When I find out how much land costs, who wants to get together and buy adjoining land plots and setup world domination?
