Let me get this straight.... You need 1 Voucher to have the option to purchase 1 Chaos Legion pre-sale booster pack. 1 Chaos Legion pack costs $4. If you were to buy a Voucher it would cost you $12.86 PLUS the $4 for the pack so $16.86 Or you could buy a Chaos Legions Booster Pack without a Voucher for $6.38............ The only reason I can see to buy the Voucher and the pack for $16.86 is because ever pack you buy from Splinterlands gets your a 2% chance to get the rare promo card. But that is an insane markup for a chance to get a card... #Splinterlands
