I apologize for the constant posts but WTF... Now you don't earn DEC after each battle unless you are in Bronze 2 or higher? WTF Splinterlands. There are those of us who suck at this game but still enjoy it and now you have given up crap daily quests rewards and no DEC for winning. So what is the point to playing if we are not good and stuck in lower levels?
