We Failed together as a Nation In fear we behold the brightness of the morning In the mildest of the heart, Obeisance is made. Path of the noon; our feet crossed Struggle, tension is stretched The season voiced to the earth, We've come to be known Our togetherness to stay Echoes the procession of communion Bride and Groom; we split For supremacy we say, Our heart quake for terror, our feet shiver in response. In choral, we mumble(speak) The staff bud amidst a thousand trees Oh blessed is man on the earth, Who follows the way of the upright. But in pain, we labour We lost to the earth, who breed thought in us Hate gained the assembly we adore Oh Nation; plead our cause For failure crippled in the nation we yearn
