The flower name is unknown to me. But the structure attracted me a lot. This flowers leaves does not looks like grass so I can not say this is a grass flower. The tip of the flower has got some small flower-like parts. Maybe these parts like flowers are the Pistil. Or maybe these small parts are petals . As they are 4 or 5 in numbers. Amazing thing is these are also blooms so it is hard to describe. You can see they are in a pair in the first picture and single in the second picture. The leaf of this small plant almost looks like Bryophyllum Leaf.
