You can find theese flowers in roadside . Actually theese flower trees are available in everywhere like road side or outside of house and also in big garden. Theese flower looks like star and in the middle there is a amazing design. When I was child and went outside for walk in the morning, then I used to torn theese flowers and keep in hand untill walk finished and reached home. I used to play with the bud of the flowers.

Yes,its crown flower but we call it as Rui flower here,and has many different names
