Look at these little ant's group . They are doing hard work for storing some food. These ants were pulling something together in a small group . I think they were taking this into their home. When I make a flash on them while taking picture they scared and some ant of the group stopped pulling that thing. And after taking picture as the flash turned off they started pulling again. You guys maybe know that a single ant can carry 50 times of its own bodyweight. And they works together to move bigger objects as a group.
