This is a bunch of Milkweed flower buds. There are more than 60 buds in one bunch. And there also some brunch like 5 brunch made a full flower bunch you can see in the picture. When all the buds turns into a flower it looks awesome to look. And it would look like a big flower when the sixty plus buds turn into flower and they would look like one flower. These flowers mostly can be found in school colleges flower garden because of its looks. Some people also plant these trees in home or garden too. I will post a full flower when I get a chance to shot.
