You owe no one a performance of perfection. Drop the facade. Show up messy, tired, unsure, or incomplete—but whatever state you're in, still show up. Your authentic, raw honesty, with all its flaws and struggles visible, is a far more powerful and valuable contribution than any polished, performative lie you could tell about being flawless. Give yourself permission to be human and imperfect.
