AFAICT, you can't check to see who likes your comments (as opposed to posts, which you can, appending /likes to a comment URL doesn't provide the functionality even though that's effectively what viewing likes on a post does, so I have to believe this functionality isn't implemented). If you have the ability to comment on my posts, do correct me if I'm wrong here. I also don't seem to ever see any sort of notification for replies to comments, so maybe I'm overlooking something or my browser is uncooperative.

Usually if I get a reply to a comment there is a red dot next to 'Discussions' in my main menu. I assume there is a way to see it on a phone as well (I am on a desktop).
I am on a desktop as well. There was a dot, but it wasn't a reply to a comment. Could you reply to this if you see a dot so I can see if I see a dot? It's possible I've been ignoring that and they've been getting marked read, but it's also possible that it only shows up when the reply is in one's own post (vs to a comment on another post).
I'll even show you a photo of my notification of your reply to me. This will show you the red one.
