When @noise.cash introduced user tagging, they chose not to have notifications for tags, and for good reason. However, as I'm looking at the interface today, it occurs to me that the "Subscriptions" feed could have tagged posts as an option to opt in/out of (from a UX perspective, it would just be another checkbox under "subscriptions", "channels", "replies to me", and "chambers").
