I used to be super paranoid. I always tried to lock up accounts with "The00Dustin" on any platform I was aware of so someone couldn't emulate me to scam people. At some point, I decided that was paranoia and stopped doing it. Most likely this point was when Twitter came out because I simply really didn't want to be on Twitter. Fortunately, that in turn eventually convinced me it would be OK to delete my facebook account. Today, it has come to my attention that someone has created a "The00Dustin" account on Twitter using the profile picture I have here. Generally, I'm not very social, but I guess my presence on Telegram in the smartBCH scene is powerful enough to be worth emulating. If you want to verify me, I have "the00dustin" on LNS, a naming system NFT similar to ENS, but for BCH's layer 2 (smartBCH). If you want to verify that I'm talking to you, you should look at the list of confirmed accounts here: https://app.bch.domains/name/the00dustin.bch I'm thinking about adding a really old GPG key there, but I don't think I've ever publicly used it, so the age of it is about as relevant as CSW's "satoshi keys" that he allegedly proved ownership of and then also allegedly somehow subsequently lost. OTOH, it seems no one uses GPG except dev nerds, so I'm not sure there's much point until/unless I become a dev myself. Anyhoo, don't contact me directly through the accounts listed there without me expecting it in advance. If you do, I WILL assume you are a scammer and block/report you. I'd hate to report someone legit, but EVM seems to be as wild-wild-west now as BCH was in 2011-2013.
