Be Prayerful! Prayer is the best weapon we can have in our entire existence. This is the most effective way to fight against the odds about life. Prayer is how we communicate with God, and He wants to get to know us better. In addition, prayer isn’t just about asking God for things you need or desire. It’s about establishing a relationship with Him built on faith and trust in Him. God knows the desires of your heart long before you even think to ask, but he still loves to hear from you. Whether you're asking for guidance or giving thanks because it draws you closer to him.  Our good God is not deaf nor mute. He constantly listens to what we say. What we prayed for. What we ask for. However, He answers our devotions in three ways. The first is **No** because there are things that we ask for Him that is not suited for us. Not best for us. Not for us. He didn't want us to suffer from being in a miserable life. What He loves us is that He want us to enjoy and love life. So, sometimes, He answered our prayers with no for us to have the best life ahead. So, don't be disappointed or get angry with God if He answered your request with No because there is a purpose and reason behind it. Just be thankful instead.🙏 Second, it could be a **wait** but it doesn't mean that it is not worth it. Hence, He just wants to test our persistence unto him. He just wants us to be consistent to ask Him. After all, even if it is late but in His, it is the best time for us. The best time to enjoy the things He granted and answered upon. All the answered prayer that is somewhat late is not indeed late but it is the best for us or shall I say, perfect timing to pursue what we do. Thus, don't force God to give instantly what you ask for. Just learn to wait. 🙏 The last or the third one is **YES.** Most of the time God answered our prayers with a YES. Why? Simply because He loves us. He knows exactly that it is best for us. It is precisely the things we need. The things we wanted. He didn't answer it with a yes if he knew that it will harm us. That it can ruin our life. Remember that, He is God. He knows everything. He is an omniscient God. 👆 **Be prayerful** amid hardships. Why,? Because God didn't rest. He always listens. He stands with His word. His words are true. His words are genuine and can be trusted. Every time you have something to ask for just speak to Him, He has always free time for you. Just open up what you truly desire or need. He is willing to listen and willing to grant of all them. He will never fail you. He will never disappoint you.😊 He is good and He loves you/us. 💓 **Author's Finishing Note:** All said from above are all from my thoughts and my heart. I just want to share with you the truth that God is willing to help you. He is always vacant just for you. He is always waiting for you to get close to Him. His arms are wide open to welcome you. This or That: Answering Questions Yesterday, I was reading the write-up of @MJAYTECH where he answered the questions regarding "this or that". I select random questions to answer. So, let's start. ☺ Family or Friends Of course, I will choose **family** over friends because, in the first place, family is everything. They are the ones who will always be there to support us along the way. They will help us to solve the current issues we are facing and above all, they are willing to lend a hand without expecting anything in return. They are the best people we can have in our life. In my own opinion, friends are just friends. You can't force them to stay with you because they have also another thing that is prioritized. One day if you will get sick or ill, they will not be there for you. They will not help you. They will not comfort you. Friends are just good in terms of having fun but if you are facing serious problems, they will never be with you. So, stick with your family. ☺ Truth or Lies I hate lies. I hate being lied to. I want the **truth**. I want to know the fact regardless of the outcome as long as I know what is the real thing. With that, I am always seeking the truth in everything that has something untrue happened. It'll be good if we know exactly what's happening especially to the person whom we trust because there are people who often speak lies in front of you to hide the real scenario. To hide the truth to not be reprimanded. That's the kind of person I don't like. It is always better to know the truth behind it. Thus, the truth indeed always sets you free. 👍 College or Highschool Well, I prefer **high school** because we had a lot of memories to be remembered by. There are lots of happy moments we can reminisce about. For me, high school days are the best especially when we were just adapting to the world of love. In my part, I met my first boyfriend when I was in high school. I had two exes at that time. It was such a memorable one but sad to say the feelings I had that to them can't be remembered now. I just remember the boy but I don't remember the feeling anymore. Lol. 😅 **Nice Car or Nice Home** I desire a **nice home.** I always wanted to have my own home. A home where happiness, peacefulness, love, and grace are there. A nice home that loves always prevails. A nice home that is full of being simple and unique. A nice home where every little thing is organized and well arranged. I don't need a larger house or a luxurious home, what I wished for is a home that ample blessings be received from above. That would be my greatest desire, I am still praying for that. 🙏 **Pool or River** The **river** is incredibly useful when we are doing our laundry. Lol.😅 the bigger the space and the larger the water flows, the faster the laundry to be done. Lol. However, I love the river flows. I love the river sound due to the water streams. I love the water itself that touches our body or skin. The nature it gives. I am always amazed by the creation of God just like a river. 👆 Dogs or Babies I also love dogs. I am a dog lover but not to the extent that I will let them sleep beside me. Hehehe I just love the way they behave if something is going wrong or something has happened. Also, they said that dog is a man's best friend. And I believe in that. Nevertheless, babies are blessings from above. I love babies so much. I don't know but my heart is close to them. When I became a mom, my love for babies expanded particularly when they are just tiny tot cute babies. Their movements are adorable. 😍 Their smells are the best scent in the world.😁 I can't explain the feeling every time I see a baby. They are so precious. That's why to my baby, she is the most magical that ever happened to me. Such a wonderful blessing. 😇 For now, that would be the top choice I can share with you. What Makes Me Worried? Hello, my virtual friends at the same time my newfound family. How's the start of your day? Is everything good? Or something had happened that makes us worry about it? Speaking of worry, today's article will be all about "what makes me worried" Since I am done sharing with you the things that make me happy. So I will not be uncomfortable sharing the reasons why I am worried too. 😟 The truth is all of us get worried. All of us get afraid of something. Mostly things we have in common because we are just living on the same planet. We are just humans, not a robot. We fall into a situation where we think of some ways to ease the worries we felt every time we are in the midst of trouble, anxiety, fears, and more. Who among us here didn't get worried? Who among us here is always happy? Who among us here are no emotions? Hehehe lol. I don't know who is that. I don't think so. Lol. **So, these are the primary reasons why at some point I feel and get worried.** Daughter Got Sick Well, this is normal for all mothers or parents all over the world. Who didn't get worried when our child is sick? Or has something that not feeling well. In my case, every time I see my daughter that is sick, I can't avoid feeling worried. I can't hide it. I am afraid that she can't overcome it, especially when she has a high fever. I am scared that it will not be remediable that causes her to be admitted to the hospital and confined there. I can't help but worry. I can't help but cry. 😭 I am a first-time mom. So far, ever since she came, she has never been in the hospital and confines there. That's why I always keep on praying for her health, safety, and protection. ☺ Rice Soon To Run Out Who isn't worried when our rice box is about to run out? This is one of the most essential things that we should have in our kitchen. Most Filipino love to eat rice. This should be seen at the dining table every meal. It seems to lack that this thing is not being served. In my story, as a mother and wife, and a first-time being singled out from my parents, I am telling you that this is one of the top reasons why I am worried especially when our money left is not enough to buy some. Worried in the sense that we have no longer rice to cook and eat the next meal. It's hard to handle this kind of problem, especially that we need to eat. Even if we experienced this kind of problem sometimes, we are still thankful that our God is making a way to meet our needs. He is good. Really good. This kind of scenario of our lives is just a normal problem that we should face. Thus, we should exert effort to meet this kind of need. This is not easy and not too difficult as well because we can ask for credit from our neighbors or family to be out from this difficulty. Bills Oh my? This is vastly too worried about. Our bills are our forever partner as long as we are living. This is one of the burdens of everyone. Some of us have to carry our weight and can’t turn to others for help. Luckily, there is always work available somewhere and money to be made somehow. We are still grateful that we can pay all of them because we are working to pay bills. So if you have bills now that is normal. Just take it and pay it later. Enough Family Time I always ask myself if I am giving enough time to my family. Well, the word enough is a big word. It is somehow can't be explained. So, as long as I live, I will take advantage of their company while they are still around to share it. They are my precious jewel. They deserve it. If I have $424: What to buy? `The year 2020 was the year that shocks everyone. The lives of many were put into a new normal setting. Many people suffer from the pandemic that causes us to keep going and to stay stronger no matter how difficult our situation. When it comes to family, we strive harder. We look for another and new opportunity that opens up for survival. It is either work on-site or work from home.` `As the pandemic started, my life's goal changes. My desired job also changes. At first, it was tough to accept the fact that our new life setting has changed. Situation changed. The smiles on our faces change to a worried faces. Everything that seem normal yesterday was changed in just a snap of our fingers today. And we have no choice but to embrace and adopt the new normal setting.` *Thus, as a first-time mom, and due to this pandemic that the virus is still around, I have to think of what's the best thing to do to sustain my baby's needs and to help my husband supply our needs every day. So, I came to think of a job that only works from home. I decided to apply for an online teaching company. At first, I was hesitant to do it, since I don't have enough requirements needed for the said job. But still, I did a try. I took the first step of the process. I was glad that I passed. The next step was turning me to stop pushing. As I've said I don't have enough tools or stuff to continue. But if given a chance to have this money on my account or wallet, I will surely buy these things. 😊* Desktop or Computer Set https://unsplash.com/photos/lzT0nimx--s This is one of my dreams. A dream to have one. My laptop hasn't enough storage for online teaching. So that's why they told me to have first a laptop or desktop that is suitable for their requirements. From that, I was eager to buy this one. I will continue the process since I already passed the first step. Also, my account is still active so there is still a chance to have this job. My desire job since the pandemic started. If I will have this stuff, maybe I'll be part of their growing company. In God's will. 🙏 In our City, the approximate price of this stuff is amounting **$240**. It's not brand-new but good as new. It's just a second hand but gets built again by IT experts. So, it is just like new. This is enough for me as long as the internal storage is qualified for online teaching. 😁 Headphone 🎧 This is Jabra Evolve 30 II Stereo Headset. This is the particular headphone I am looking for when I was still applying for the job. It cost **$36.** It has noise cancellation and the sound is clear. It is a good quality product for online teaching or online classes. I will buy this one if I already have a desktop. Soon!🙏 *I already have my headphone but it has no noise cancellation. It is just a cheap price and of poor quality but then, it is still useful for some online appointments like orientation, seminars, and even watching videos. Since I wanted to have a desktop, so I badly need this kind. It cost about **$36**. This is very useful in online teaching especially when your class schedule is evening. Also if your place or room is doesn't have good lighting. So, this thing is highly needed. The cost that I am planning to buy is **$12**. Soon!🙏 **Internet/ WiFi** https://unsplash.com/photos/yqLrqIsl294 This thing is the most important when you are planning or having an online job. The internet connection because how will you be able to attend and work online if you don't have this? In my case when I was applying, one of the reasons why I failed on the second step was because of poor internet connection. I already have a PLDT HOME WIFI but it doesn't enough. As I ask my friend who is now an ESL teacher, she uses a PLDT HOME WIFI and she bought an antenna on it for a faster connection. She hired a technician to install the antenna. It will cost $100 all in all including the antenna installation fee. It is costly but the connection is faster. No regrets after. **Finishing off:** `Having this amount of money is very hard to get especially nowadays that we are facing a crisis due to a pandemic. But if you have a goal, dreams, and plans, these things will never be wasted. These are all useful especially nowadays that our life is somewhat dependent on online transactions.` `For me to be able to get this amount, I have to move forward and reach this goal. I have to strive harder. Keep grinding and keep believing that one day, I will have this. Nothing is indeed impossible. I have a God that is the source of everything. My great provider and can make the impossible possible. So, I don't need to worry. Instead, I have to bigger my faith in Him. 🙏` **I know that on applying for this kind of job as I said above, you have to invest first the things needed on it to be part of them. You have to get ready, get prepared, physically prepared as well. Then, If ever you are hired, all the expenses you expense will be paid back later on. What Makes Me Happy? `"The purpose of our lives is to be happy.” -Dalai Lama-` Thank you my dear sponsors as always.🤗 Choosing to be happy is not difficult at all. You have the choice to be happy. You have the right to be happy. Happiness is one of the keys to having a better life, a better way of living our life the way it should be. As a matter of fact, there are lots of reasons to be happy even it is just a small thing or a reason. If you choose to be happy, life would be a beautiful journey that is meant to be embraced to the fullest every day. Seeing my daughter smile back at me or looking at me is one of the most treasured moments I have had in my entire life. She makes me happy then. You tend to forget all the bad things that happened to you for the past few days upon seeing your baby' smile. 😃 such a wonderful feeling to be kept. 😊 **Food on the table** Well, this makes me happy. Extremely happy. 😁 Every time I look around to find some food to eat, I am always excited to find it right away. Lol 😆 I love eating, I will deny it. Eating is fun and that makes me happy especially when the food being served is my favorite. Yeah!!😁 I don't know but eating is one of my ways to let my stress run away. Hahaha lol. Maybe some of you might relate to this.😁 However, I am also vigilant about the food did I eat especially when it is too sweet or too salty. I minimize myself to eating more like these because I know it is not healthy. Instead, I eat more fish, veggies, and fruits anyway. 😊 **When Rusty visits me. 😅** I will not be denial into this. I know most of us here when rusty visits us, it makes our nerves fully functional or shall I say active and alive. Lol.😅 Every time that Rusty visits me, he made my day. He made me happy. It's Been 10Months! **"Having a baby is a life-changer. It gives you a whole other perspective on why you wake up every day. " -Taylor Hanson-** *Try to read their articles as well. They are such good, better, and best sponsors, in the whole world.* **It's been 10 months** since my greatest blessing came. My life-changer, my happy pill, my life, and my everything. The reason why I am always aiming, striving harder, and looking for positive vibes. In another word, my motivation. **It's been 10 months** that I underwent postpartum depression in my entire being. I don't know but this usually happens right after giving birth. Most mothers are fighting this kind of depression. It is really hard because you have to be strong for your baby. You have to be brave to face this and forget a little while that you are suffering this. Hays! It is tough. It's not easy at all. As a first-time mom, I never thought that there is this kind of depression. And when I knew it, at first, I don't know how to stand with this, to fight, and to win. It is indeed depressing where you feel empty, lonely, worried, nervous, stressed, and many more. What I always do even up until this time is I keep on praying to God asking for help to withstand my faith in Him. To fully surrender my all and leave everything to him. I know he can make me survive. 💪 **It's been 10 months** since I am always at home. Staying at home to care for my baby because there is no other person who will do it for me. If there is, they will not stay longer. Eventually, they will get tired. So, I choose to stay at home and wait for my baby to be fully grown-up or until she will be able to walk. Then if that happens, it's time for me to find and work for a job working on site. Sooner! Puhon!🙏 Well, today, I did a little photoshoot to my little one as she turned 10 months old just today. I always did this kind of photograph monthly as a remembrance. Every time I look at her photo every month, it had changed from her physical appearance to being active and noisy at the same time. She is a smart baby girl. She imitates the word you utter. It's really fun and we enjoy it most especially when she smiles back. Unfathomable impression. 😍 As I took a picture earlier this morning, I can't help but prolong my patience because she is very energetic. She wanted to always walk and find something she can hold. So, I called her cousin to entertain her as I took a photo of her. She had fun. She enjoys the shoot not knowing that she was sleepy then. After what I did to her, she falls asleep. I Am Thankful! `"Be thankful for what you have; you’ll end up having more. If you concentrate on what you don’t have, you will never, ever have enough.”` `-Oprah Winfrey-` I am writing this after I read the article of @Yzza0625 saying that she is thankful for her family, her own little family, and her friends. My interest in writing boosts me up. So, this time I will share with you what I am thankful for.  My blessings. 😊 Each of us has reasons why we are thankful for one thing or one person. Maybe that one thing gives you a memorable memory or that one person gives you the reason why you are still alive and kicking. Hehehe and many more. 😁 On my part, I have a lot to be thankful for. Too many to mention that they are very important to me. I will just select the most important. Let's start. Gorah! I am thankful for............. My Life Thankful in the sense that I am not here without my life. And that life has been given to me by our loving God. It is more meaningful if we value and love our life. Let us use it for God's glory. 🙏 My Family Family is vastly one of the primary reasons why we are here. This family also teaches us to become who we are today. They taught us to be the person we wanted and supports us along the way to our dreams. Moreover, I am blessed enough that I do have a supportive family since then. They push me to continue what I am aiming for by lifting me higher. They never get tired of assisting me with what I need especially when I was on my college days. They are always on my back cheering me up when I am about to fall. To God be the glory that they are the people that God has given to me. They deserve to be paid back. Sooner, I will do it in God's will. 🙏 My Daughter From the very start that she came to me, on the very first day, my life has changed. My life view has altered. She became now the reason why I am always thankful to God despite the dilemmas that life has offered. She is worth being thankful for because we ask her to God. We prayed for her. And thankfully, it was granted. That's why, until this very moment, every time I look at her, I can't avoid smiling back at her. She is all I needed. 🤗 My Husband Well, this man has had a big influence on my life since the day we decided to start our love story. He is the man I am praying for to the day that I wasn't figuring out what real love is. What I did was to pray and ask God that he will give me what I am desiring for. In an unexpected time and mysterious ways, he came as a stranger. I don't know him but the feeling was already there. The feeling of being comfortable to be with him as time passes or as time goes on. I am thankful that he became my other half. He is such a good person. A well-trusted man, and a responsible father to our little one. He is also a responsible husband for he will do anything just for the betterment of our little family. Indeed, he's an answered prayer to me. Thanks to God.👆 Our Pastors or Servants of God Just recently, we celebrated a pastor's appreciation day because they deserve it. They deserve to be respected, valued, and loved. They should be treated as special as the president of the nation for the reason that they are God's masterpieces or servants. They offer their life for us to be able to know God deeper. I am so thankful for their existence because of them we are spiritually grown up and didn't remain babies in terms of serving God. They also taught us to be courageous at all times for they always say that the promises of God are real and genuine. They are precisely a blessing to us as a follower. Thanks to God.🙏 My Friends From childhood, elementary, high school, and college friends are well to be treasured and thankful for. They are the one that makes us laugh at the same time makes us bully. They are one of a kind even if we have now separate ways to deal and most of them now are building a new home or family. I miss them a lot. I miss the laughter, tears, and bully time. Hays! Memories bring back. Even if we have now our different path taking, they are special to me. They are important to me. First Cash Out: where did my money go? `A wise person should have money in their head, but not in their heart. –Jonathan Swift-` As I read this quote regarding money, I realized that it is true. We should use the money wisely. We should use it for good things, for the important things, for the basic needs that we used to. It is okay to have more money and buy everything we wanted but we should always remember that money should be put in our heads so that we will not be blinded by it. We should spend it wisely like sharing it with other people who are in need. For me, that would be an extraordinary thing to do. Okay so much for that. I just want to portray my thoughts about money on how to deal with it, and how to manage it. And that is my own opinion anyway. I am just being interested to share with you.🤗 Last Monday morning, November 1, 2021, I decided to cash out the money I earned from this platform for the first time for the reason that we had bills to pay. I withdraw $20 or 1,000 on my e-wallet. And also, I want to try if it is legit or what. Lol. Hahaha, still doubtful. Lol. I waited first for the reply or the confirmation message for the code from the remittance center I choose. I received the code the next day, November 2, 2021. It was around 10 am when I had the code. Immediately, we went to the near branch of the remittance center. We waited for about 15minutes before we hand the money. It's a yes, it was indeed legit. Yahoo! Lol.🤣 As we were at home, I gave the money worth $10 to my younger sister as she is the one who will pay the SOLECO bill or the electric bill and also the water bill. The electric bill cost $7.92. Also, the water bill cost $1.86. The amount I paid from the two bills was $9.78. As I paid them all, I am happy knowing I am helping my husband with our expenses. Such a nice feeling when you share what you've got or received from. It proves that this platform helps us with our daily needs and even wants. Extremely a blessing to us. So, since I still have $10 left, I used the money to pay for the lazada delivery which was the same day that I received the money. Thankfully I made the right decision to do so. I ordered from lazada last October 28, 2021. My order was for my baby's essentials or wants. It was an **Aveeno moisture lotion and Aveeno bath** **and shampoo**. I order this kind of product since my baby has sensitive skin. She kinda likes her papa. Hayst! 😟 Before I decided to order, I did a little research about this product. And I was amazed by the reviews and comments from the other user that their baby also has sensitive skin. A few days after they started to use the product, their baby's skin changes. They love the result and the effects at the same. The product is hypoallergenic and it is fit for a baby that has very sensitive skin. So, without any doubt, I scroll to the lazada app and search for this product. I was glad that I found it and the delivery option is also available. Thank You, October! November 2, 2021 ***A new month has just started with heavy rain despite that, we are still able to start our month with positivity and a thankful heart.***  In this article, I would like to share with you the so-called "**monthly achievements'** ' as the other writers do. Some of them already reported their achievement and some are still computing or planning to do so. I know that some of us are hesitant to share for the reason that some goals did not meet or did not hit the target. Or some are just keeping it private.  On my part, I will proudly share with you my fulfillment even though I don't have much earning I had for the last months.  After all, it's not all about the earnings we collected, but the learning is all that counts. Learning in the sense that we learn from others' experiences, achievements, failures, and success through their write-ups.  I will state here the differences between September and October. Let's see if there is any progress. I will start in September.  **Published 15 Articles**  Sad to say, I didn't hit the target. I failed because I only published 10 articles for the whole month. But still, thankful.  **Earn at least $60** Well, this doesn't hit my target earnings. I forgot how much I reaped. All I remember was I failed again. Anyway, it motivated me to write more.  **10 additional subscribers** This indeed made my September a well-remembered one because I hit the goal of having 10 subscribers and it added one. So, 11 all. It was 28 blessed people who subscribe to me for September. I was happy then. It inspires me to keep going. **Additional Sponsors** From the very start, I only have 6 sponsors until September. I am much happy that they had supported me along the way. They encourage me by them being generous. A big thanks to all of them. Let's see if there is anyone who became my new blessings for October. Here's my October journey. Well, my nerves are in joy. I congratulate myself first because I published 16 articles for the whole month. I am even proud of myself because I made it greater. Who would have thought I published 16 articles since I am a busy mom and wife? There is such a time that I cannot open my read cash due to drowsiness and being busy with the household chores and for the baby. Also, I can't read more articles because of the reason mentioned. So, in October, I earned a total of $55 or 2,750 Philippine money. This is not bad for me instead this is a blessing wherein it enables me to help my husband with our daily expenses like bills and baby's needs. It helps a lot for us. Read cash is indeed a legit platform. Thank you for this family. Even though I had just a small amount of cash received from this platform, unlike the other writers here who accumulated more than this or five folds more than this income I received. They deserve it anyway. We deserve it. For now, I am extremely pleased regarding my earnings. Who will give you this amount nowadays? There is none. They deserve to be appreciated. November 2, 2021 `1 Thessalonians 1:3 We remember before our God and Father your work produced by faith, your labor prompted by love, and your endurance inspired by hope in our Lord Jesus Christ.` My inspiratin to grind more. 😁 Thank you my blessings.😊 Every month of October, we celebrate our Pastor's Appreciation Sunday as a sign of thanksgiving towards their sacrifices just for their congregation's salvation in terms of spiritual growth. They deserve to be appreciated after all their hard work, their commitment, also, their life. ***Salute to all Pastors all over the world.***  `Here is our story to tell before the happenings. 😊` In our church, we have an Administrative Pastor and his wife, also, we have a youth Pastor. So, they are three in all. Weeks before we celebrated the said activity, we, the members of the church, planned a surprise for our beloved servants. We made a group chat in messenger excluding our pastors to communicate with each other for us to be able to update what's the progress of the plan. Until such time, we finally decide what our presents are to them. Just a simple gift yet from the heart.  Moreover, we decided too that we will have a get together lunch after the service inside the church as we came to celebrate with them. Our Pastors didn't know that we were going to surprise them. 😊 Last Sunday of the said month, we celebrated Pastors Appreciation. We (congregation) gathered in our church to realize the plan. The divine service was smoothly done and after that we had a short program for them. The youth presented a song presentation and a heartfelt speech led by their youth secretary who was my niece. The women's ministry or the mother's group decided to just have a speech by our organization president. However, the men's ministry or the father's group, their president presented a speech as well.  As our pastors listened to the messages, they felt special. They cannot hide that they are valued. They shed tears. As well as the congregation. Woohoo!What a touchy idea. Huhhu👏😄 Our present to our Administrative Pastor and his wife were a blouse polo, 1 sack of rice,  picture frame with photo inside, bundle of groceries, and ofcourse cash from the members. We also gave our Youth Pastor a picture with a photo inside, 1 sack of rice, blouse polo, and cash. We saw in their faces the happiness they felt from the surprise we prepared for them. They were very thankful to us after all.  After the activity, we were able to eat our lunch together happily and gratefully. We ended and bid goodbyes with joyful hearts.💞 The picture taking by department! **CLOSING THOUGHT:** With our sincerest appreciation to our beloved Pastors of their dedication in leading us to the way of salvation for helping, molding, nurturing us to know Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior. My All-Time Favorite Foods! October 31, 2021 `What a rainy Sunday morning everyone. Today is church time or it is time to sing praises to our Creator. He deserves all the praises, thanksgiving, and worship because He is the one true God. Amen??☝🙏` As I read articles, I came to read the article or work of @Sequoia and it made me have the interest to write my version. It's all about food. I love food so much. Also, I just want to thank Miss @JonicaBradley for initiating this kind of prompt that makes me have an idea to write about. If you happen to write your version as well you may follow these. 👇 Ever since the world began, hahaha or shall I say ever since I was a kiddo, I have had this love to eat various kinds of food. I just love to eat and discover their taste as well. That's the reason why I am a chubby person. Hopeless to become skinny Hahaha so much for that. Let's start the eating session. 😅 **Mango Float**  Oh my? This makes my stamina alive every time I see this being served on the table. It makes me delighted and makes me crave to eat. I just love the taste, especially the mango and Graham's coated with creamy cream. Love it! Who doesn't like this tho!? **Banana Cue** When I was in college, every time I saw this sort of food from the vendors, I didn't hesitate to buy one or two. This makes me feel happy as well. @Yzza0625 is one of the living witnesses that I loved this food so much way back in our college years. She was the one I am always with inside and outside the campus. That's why she knew that I like this. She loves this too. Right, girly? Hehehe😁 **Fishball, Kikiam, Tempura Balls** This has been my all-time favorite since I was a kid. Every time I see this along the street, I buy it immediately. No matter how much it costs as long as I can consume these. Way back during our dating time with my boyfriend (husband now) these were all enough for me as a snack. I was glad that he loves these too. He can't resist eating these as well every time we pass by a vendor selling these on the street. Most Filipino people love this kind of food. This is the most popular food in the Philippines. You are not a Filipino if you haven't tried this one.😃 **Buko salad/Young Coconut Salad** This is a Filipino fruit salad dessert made from strips of fresh young coconut with sweetened milk or cream and various other ingredients. It is one of the most popular and ubiquitous Filipino desserts served during celebrations and fiestas, birthdays, or any occasion. I love the way it looks. The taste is very yummy! It is because of the cream and other ingredients, especially the kaong and the young coconut itself. Wohhhh! Kalami!😋 **Puto Cassava** Wow! This is yummy. My favorite since I was a kid is because my mother used to cook this kind of food as an afternoon snack and some were tended to sell to our dear neighbors and acquaintances. She even influenced us to learn to cook and prepare this. This made me satisfied way back in my childhood days. I love this coated with brown sugar and becomes foamy when cooked. Hays! (Kalami na pod) **Author's Note:** `We all have numerous likes and dislikes when it comes to food. We even have differences regarding the taste of a particular food. But what I wanted to share with you are the foods that make me pleased every time I see this everywhere or some vendors sell them. I can't hide my starvation. Fully Vaccinated: Thanks, Lord! **October 29, 2021** Blog. Blog. Blog. 😁 *A well blessed day everyone. We are thankful that God has given us another day to enjoy life. We must live the way God designed it for us. Shalom!*  Today is our 2nd dose schedule. As I woke up early this morning around 5:00 AM, I rode our bicycle to get sweaty as a form of exercise. I love the fresh air, the atmosphere, and the people around doing their morning hikes and jogging. I went home around 5:45 and cooked our breakfast, which was scrambled eggs and fried fish. I also make milk for my husband to drink.  My baby wakes up earlier than her father. So I got her and brought her to our kitchen to watch what I did.  Before we went to the place of the vaccination site, I was a bit nervous. Haha, I can't hide the fact I felt this way. Nervous regarding the injection especially the needle itself. Hahaha, but what I did was to be brave and face my fear.  At 6:30, we started to eat our breakfast. We are very well and had some laughs because our little one makes us happy. After we eat, we prepare ourselves. We took a bath and got ready to depart from home. It's 9:30 when we arrived at the vaccination area. My husband and I went directly to the table where we needed to check our blood pressure first, next, we went to the waiting area for us to be able to enter the main vaccination area.  I was surprised that all the people are well organized. Chairs are well arranged and the management is better than the previous one. I was impressed by the staff and the management team for they did their job so well. Every staff had their job to be done and tasks to accomplish. Also, the process was faster. I even noticed that the nurses and doctors were organized as well and approachable.  It was 11 AM when we got vaccinated by the 2nd dose which was Pfizer. Now that I am fully vaccinated by the covid vaccine, it doesn't mean that the virus will not hit us anymore or at any time. What we need to do first and above all is to keep on praying that we will be protected by the virus. Only prayers can make us safe and sound. Next is to keep us safe where we need to stay at home when nothing is an important matter to do. The last one, we need still to be vigilant in the sense that the virus is still around, so we should be responsible towards each other. Responsible in the way that we should still follow the protocols recommended by the government. **THANK YOU SECTION** `Thus, after all, what I've been through from 1st dose up to this 2nd dose, I deeply thank God for the successful vaccination because we made it together with my husband. And also for the protection along the way, as we travel to go to the place. 🙏` `I also want to extend my sincerest thanks to the management team and to our municipal Mayor for extending their patience and their responsibility as well in making this vaccination possible. Without them, there will be no vaccination.`  **LESSON LEARNED** `This ever first-time happening and experience all over around the globe gave us a lesson to each of us. A lesson where we need to be responsible in our actions so that we do not get infected by the virus. We should obey and follow the protocols given so that everything will be well. Also, we should cooperate with what is better for all of us so that this pandemic will soon end. It is not impossible as long we help each other. Help our front liners by respecting them and obeying what they said. These lessons made us braver today. 💪` That would be all. I need to rest early tonight since my left arm is in pain. Baby Bump This photo makes me believe even greater in God upon seeing my tummy gradually bigger every month. It is really an amazing experience that God made this tummy round and bigger with a little angel inside that makes us thankful.  I was 7 months pregnant this time. I kinda love to capture my tummy every month to witness how it has become different from the past few months. I was desperate to take a photo that also makes me feel happy seeing my tummy knowing the fact that my little one is there inside fighting.  This collage that I made, made me fall in tears. I cannot thank God enough for letting me experience this kind of journey. For giving me such a wonderful baby inside unexpectedly. In fact, I enjoyed this moment. I am happy and less stressed because my husband and my family are always there to guide me. Always there to keep me well. Thanks to God Almighty.☝ **My newborn little one** 01- 05-2021 at 12:04 AM, Tuesday, when my baby came out. It was my toughest experience in my whole life so far. It wasn't easy. The excruciating pain I felt was unexplainable. The fear was there also because my OB said at that time that I am a candidate for cesarean section due to acute chuchcuchuc. I forgot what it was called. What I knew was that my baby couldn't take her entrance because of this acute chcuchcuchcu. But before I headed to the operating room, I was in the labor room at that time. Suffering from the pain due to induced labor. I was almost crying. Shouting because of the pain. I was very noisy inside the room. Lol.  Good thing I was there alone. I was the only one who gave birth during that time. When it was 9cm already, they brought me inside the delivery room. A room where I need to push harder so that the baby will come out. I took several pushes. I really did my part and my best but it turned out useless.😢 My OB decided to bring me to the operating room to start the operation because all my efforts were not valid. Were not enough. Even though I didn't like it, I had no choice but to accept it. 😥I don't like for the reason that the bill will be costly or expensive. And I know inside me that we did not have enough money to pay for it, especially since I was in a private hospital. But how God is really good is because He provides everything. He makes a way. He makes all things possible. 🙏 This adorable little face smiling with a cute dimple makes me who I am today. My life changer to be called. My everything, my happy pill, and my stress reliever. From an easy-go-lucky lady to a busy, responsible and loving mom. Such a fulfilling experience. It really paid off. Thanks to God Almighty. ☝ **Recent Photo**  Look at her now, she's growing up too fast. This photo was taken during the first birthday of her cousin last October 11. I just love how she behaves here. Her cute headband makes her adorable too. Such a lovely face. I just can't explain my happiness seeing her grow each day. The physical changes I witnessed that her height and weight developed. Her brain as well is now adapting new skills, new knowledge wherein she can now imitate actions and sounds from you. Also, she can now understand she is being scolded. She really changes a lot yet improves as well.  And now, I can't just imagine that my little one will turn 1year old a few months from now. 3months to be exact. She is 9month old now. I can't just believe that she is no longer my tiny tot little girl where I used to hold her in my arms watching her breathing while sleeping. Now she is very active. She doesn't want to behave. She  wants to keep on walking even if she is just practicing. Hays. Time flies really fast. I love my daughter so much. 💕 `Motherhood is the greatest thing and the hardest thing. – Ricki Lake.` Greatest in the sense that our child is our blessing. The reason why we keep on going no matter what life has offered. That we keep on pushing to reach our goals and dreams for our chil. Everything we will do just for the case of our little one.  Hardest in the sense that taking care of a baby or child is really tough. We get tired, we get lazy, and we even feel unworthy at some point because there is this feeling of being not enough. Being lacking. But at the end of the day, being a mother is all worth it especially when you see your child happy and healthy is all that really matters. For me, motherhood is fun.😊 That's all for today. Sunday's Best: Unchangeable God! October 25, 2021 **Hebrews 13:8 God is the same yesterday, today, and forever.**  *In the midst of this so called pandemic, God has not changed. He is always so good. He provides everything we need. Most importantly, He protects us from the coronavirus that operates around the globe and now, we are still alive, still kicking, still doing what we wanted, and still thankful that God never leaves.*   It's been two years since the covid-19 hit our nation, the Philippines. As the covid started to ruin precious lives, we were worried if it would affect us. We were sad knowing the fact that our lives became miserable at some point. Good thing and thankful so much that God is always there to cover us from it. He never had the chance to forget us. He is doing everything to make us feel secure and safe.  **How God is faithful and unchangeable?** **By His Promises**  `Genesis 28:15  I am with you and will watch over you wherever you go, and I will bring you back to this land. I will not leave you until I have done what I have promised you.`  All the promises of God do not change. Ever since we encounter God, He doesn't fail. He is faithful. He is certain. That's why in serving God, we should not stop or rest for a while because He is near.  He absolutely will return in His second coming.  We should get ready and prepare ourselves so that we will be raptured and be taken and from that we will live forever in His mansion He prepared for us. `Also, Psalm 33:11 The counsel of the Lord stands forever, The plans of His heart to all generations.” His Word is Timeless and His Promises are Everlasting!`  `Matthew 24:35 says, “Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will by no means pass away.” God's counsel never changes.` **By His Love** `1 John 4:16: And so we know and rely on the love God has for us. God is love. Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in them.` The good news is that Jesus loves us, just as God the Father loved him. In this truth, we can rest secure and at peace. Though we are sinners, Christ sacrificed his life and suffered on the cross for us. Faith and love go hand in hand, as does our love for God and His love for us. He is worthy of our love and attention. He loved us first, thus, we should pay it back.  The love of God is constant. It doesn't change. It doesn't feel cold. His love endures forever. The love He has for us is unfathomable like heavens and oceans that we cannot measure. It does not fade hence it becomes deeper and new every day.  On the other hand, the love that we have is changing. Maybe, today is on fire but later on, it will eventually fade. It will just disappear and feel cold. That's why humans aren't trusted. Thus, we cannot equate the love of God towards us.  His love is wider than the universe. Higher than the mountain, Deeper than the ocean that we can imagine. See, God is really the source of love. 💗 **By His Mercy and Grace** `Malachi 3:6 I the Lord do not change. So you, the descendants of Jacob, are not destroyed.` When it is said that God is unchanging, or immutable, it does not mean that He can change but simply does not. It means that He cannot change. God is unchanging in His being, perfection, purposes, and promises. God can never get better and He can never get worse. `Psalm 23:6 Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever.` This verse simply reminds us that in life or in death, in times of plenty or want, God is good and worthy of our trust. From the word ***surely***, it really doesn't mean that we are deserving of **“goodness and mercy”,** just the fact that God promises it to us in spite of our doubt, rebellion or even plan stubbornness. However, I do know that God's abundant love, goodness and mercy will be there with me and also with you. The grace of God is abundant. The word grace means **"unmerited favor"** that signifies that we might not be deserving of His grace, He still gives us the love that we need. The favor of God that we still feel and experience from this day onwards. How amazing and gracious He really is. ☝ **Authors Reflection:**  Our life might be changing as time passes, but we should always remember that God is unchanging. That God is faithful to His promises and words. That God's love is enduring. That God's mercy is overflowing. He is more than enough. He is more than what we need. We need Him. We should rely unto Him for everything that we go through, God is always with us.  I wrote this article just yesterday after our divine service and had the chance to publish it today because I rested earlier last night. So here, I pray that you will be reflected. I do hope that this may change you a little or a lot. 😊 By the way, this was our Pastor's sermon. I added some of what I have understood and reflected. My Mother's Ultimate Dream! October 21, 2021 *It's another beautiful day that God has offered. It's another day to reach the peak of success. A new blessed day. What a gift of life!* It's been three days since I published an article. And it's been three days I've been inactive here due to some personal reasons. I didn't have the energy to write some article for the past few days. Haystt!! Life is indeed a full of unexpected happenings! But, thanks to God, everything is okay now. 😊 This time, I just want to share with you about my mother's dream since she was a bit younger. Hehehe😁 Let's start! Every mother has her own story to tell. Our mother is the best of all and most especially, a mother knows best.  When I was a young little girl, my mother taught various things about life. Most importantly regarding the household chores because my mother always used to tell me that when I grow up, I will no longer be with her side, especially when I already have a family. I should stand on my own feet without her hands holding mine. She said I know these things because these will signify that she is a good mother.  She taught me how to cook our food, wash our clothes, and clean the house. These are the most common and most applicable. Also, these are the important tasks that a daughter should know.  She might be a strict kind of a mother for the reason that she wanted us to be trained to be a responsible housewife if time will come.  And hey, she was not wrong. She was definitely right because all the teachings she taught were being applied now that I am married. She is correct that if time comes, all her teachings will not be in vain.  **I conclude that a mother really knows best. She is the best among the rest.**  Let's talk about some of our mother's dreams. Now, my mother has an ultimate dream. We know that all mothers have dreams. An ultimate dream to be exact.  Most of our mothers dream of her children is being in a happy life or situation. Not that too poor, just a border line as long we can eat 3x a day and snacks are just a bonus. 😁 lol Also, our mothers dream is to see her children finish their studies and be successful. That would be the happiest day of a mother's life.  My mother's ultimate dream..... In my case, my mother has her own ultimate dream and that dream would be having a house. A house to be called her own.  Well, as of this time, her house is on the way. Meaning her house is on construction. It's been a month now that her house is being constructed. We are aiming to finish her house by the first week of December if God will continue to sustain financially. (praying)🙏 Her house was being planned just last year by my older sister. The lot was owned by her daughter or my sister and she is also who financed it to be realized. My sister is eager to finish it because my mother is eager too. Excited and wanted to have her own.  *As of now, my mother is  currently living at my other older sister's house. She was there because my sister has no companion when her husband is going on board. She has a daughter but she is not comfortable without an elder companion. So, we decided our mother will be there, living temporarily.*  The land is near the beach. Just a few walks and it is already a beach ahead.  My mother loves the place for the reason that it is peaceful. It is far from the highway and near to her land crops. That's why she loves it. She's a farmer by the way. She really likes to work on land and harvest all her hard work later. She doesn't sell it but just gives it to us, her children.  By the way, my mother is 71 years old already but still very strong and very energetic. 😁 The plan of the house is just simple.  A full concrete designed by the Engineer. It has 2 bedrooms, a terrace, living area, and garage. The house is not that big, just enough for a small family.  Since my father was already in God's hands. My mothers companion to her new home soon would be her granddaughter or my niece. Just the two of them. 😊 We, as her children, are going to just visit her.  ***If my mothers house will be done in a few months, then she will be the happiest mother in the universe. 😄*** `Every mother deserves a reward after all their hardworks and sacrifices when we were still in their womb up until now. We still need their love and care. That's why, they need to be cherised every single day as long as we can. As long as we can still able to give and offer them something that can make them happy and overwhelm, then we should. As long as they are still alive, then, let us prove them that we love them. That we really care for them because if they will be gone and we didn't give what makes them happy, regrets will be followed. So, as long as they are with us, let us treasured every moment. Mama is Fine! October 18, 2021 *A new day to live for. A new life to spend well. A new success to enjoy with, and a new journey to start about.*  It's another day to live and to be thankful for. There is no space of happiness that I am about to share with you today. It is a fulfilling feeling that I am now.  Last friday, I published an article regarding me that I was sick. I am not doing well because my body is not in the condition to work well, especially the household chores and for taking care of my baby.  I was suffering from colds and tonsillitis at that time, which led me to not have the appetite to eat because my throat was in pain. It was difficult to swallow. It was really a hard time for me to rest well for the reason also that I always sneeze, snuffy, and runny nose. It was indeed a sucking week for me.  As a first time mom, it was definitely difficult to overcome being sick wherein I have to be strong because I am a mother and my baby needs me, the milk especially. Also, I am a wife wherein my husband needs me. Thankfully, he understands me. He takes over my responsibility.  It was my first time being apart from my mothers care. She was the one who took care of me when I was sick and down. She even cooked for me just to make me relax at some point. She always asked me what else that hurt me or what other pain I felt in my body. She always monitored me when my fever was very high. She didn't leave me until I felt okay. I really missed her. I missed her concern.😢 But  last Friday, that's not what happened. Only my husband who took care of me. He was the one who monitored me every now and then. He never leaves anyway. I felt the love and care at that time.  Because I am already married, we had a separate house. Even though it is just a walking distance from our house to the house where she lives, I still miss her hands touching mine. A sad reality but I need to stand this.  But I cannot deny the fact that it is not the same feeling that we have if our own mother will take the responsibility when we are sick. I cannot explain the feeling but I know you got my point. After all, I am still thankful to my husband for keeping me until I am fine. He is totally a responsible man.  **What makes me feel fine again?** *All the medicines I took were not effective for me. It doesn't change. It doesn't heal me. So, what I did was tried a home remedy treatment or a natural way of healing the colds and tonsillitis.*  Every early morning, I took a shower. I did this for 3 consecutive days. You know what? Being showered early in the morning is the best. You are energized for the whole day. It is beyond true that when you take a shower early in the morning it makes you feel lighter from the heavy feeling that you have caused by headaches and colds.  I drink warm lime juice every day. It is also true that lime or lemon can ease the colds. Or can make the cold heal. Also my tonsillitis had just gone without me knowing. I was just amazed by the power of the lime juice it gave to my body.  Lastly, I rest well. My husband lets me sleep for a long time, especially in the afternoon. He was the one who took care of our baby. In the evening also, he lets me sleep earlier. He just lets my baby come closer to me if my baby needs my milk. He even stopped me from using my mobile phone to avoid headaches.  Above all mentioned were the ways I did until I felt fine. But it wouldn't be possible without prayers. Before taking everything, I just ask for healing. I ask Him for a complete healing for me to be able to do everything I am going to do. Thanks to God, He healed me. He gave the complete healing I wanted and asked for. 💕 Glory to Him alone. ☝ Closing Thought: `Being sick is normal. We cannot avoid being sick but what we need to do is to help ourselves. Help to heal those reasons behind why we get sick. We should take our part as well so that the healing process is easier. But we must not forget God above all. We should ask Him for help. We can't do anything without Him. He is our greatest healer. Our doctor from before until this present time. He is faithful. Sunday's best: God Is Our Protection. October 17, 2021 ****1 Peter 1:5 (NLT)**** **And through your faith, God is protecting you by his power until you receive this salvation, which is ready to be revealed on the last day for all to see.** **Verse Thoughts** The promises of God to His children are YES and AMEN in Christ, and God has promised that we who are saved by grace through faith in Him, have a glorious inheritance that is being reserved for us in heaven. But not only is this priceless, imperishable and undefiled inheritance being kept safe for us in heavenly place but God has further promised to protect each one of us in this life, and guard us by His Almighty power, until we reach that wonderful day when we receive our heavenly heritage . Praise God that our whole spirit, soul and body is kept blameless until the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. Let us live our lives as unto the Lord  as we abide in Him and He in us. **God will protect you so that you will not stumble.** *Jude 1:24 Now to Him who is able to keep you from stumbling, and to make you stand in the presence of His glory blameless with great joy.* The more we get closer to God the stronger we are. The lesser the chance we will not stumble even on how battling life is from challenges, tests, trials, and problems. There is great joy in the presence of God. We may even stumble many times in our lives but we should always remember that it is only God who gives us the strength to rise up again and pursue life with a thankful heart.  **God is faithful in protecting us.**  *1 Thessalonians 5:23-24 Now may the God of peace himself sanctify you completely, and may your whole spirit and soul and body be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. He who calls you is faithful; he will surely do it.* In life, we cannot avoid being alone. Most of the time we are alone at some corner. Even when we are in the midst of the crowd there is still the feeling that we are alone. People in the crowd are having fun. Shouting, singing, and dancing. But you in yourself have the feeling of being alone. The emptiness that you have in your heart that causes you to be sad and unsatisfied. However, if you are in the presence of God, you are not alone. He is always with you. He will faithfully protect you from being alone or empty. He will fill the emptiness that you felt in your heart. Most importantly, He is faithful.  As you call to our Lord for help, He will not on doubt to answer you. Such as when you are in the midst of accident and you call the name of Jesus. No dount that God will help you out in danger. You will be safe instead. God is not deaf to do not hear us. He is always good no matter what you are in the past, and today. He loves you that's why He will help and protect you. 💕 **The protection of God is trustworthy.** *2 Thessalonians 3:3 But the Lord is faithful,and he will strengthen you and protect you from the evil one.* We must trust the protection of God. It is more important to trust God than to trust people.  When you give your full trust to man, he will not sure to give it back to you fully. He might disappoint you and makes you feel unimportant and betrayed at some point. But when you give you 100% trust to God, oh my! God will give it you more than that percentage you give without any words or complain for He is the God whom we can trust. *Psalm 91: 1-2 I will say of the LORD, "He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust." Surely he will save you from the fowler's snare and from the deadly pestilence. He will cover you with his feathers, and under his wings you will find refuge; his faithfulness will be your shield and rampart.* A person that will turn to God from his wicked ways will definitely be accepted and be protected by God's grace and salvation.  Whatever you do, wherever you go, God is always a God. He will make things realize as you desire. He will help you out and He will make you still. Know the power of God. He makes all things possible even you think that it is impossible. He will make you amaze by the things that you cannot imagine that God made it for you coz He cares for you. 💕 **Closing thought**: `It is God who can protect us. He will surely give us the protection we need wherever we are in the world. Surely His faithfulness can draw us closer to Him. He is just and faithful to each of us. He loves us so much. 💕` This is the preaching I heard during our mass just this morning. Show me, please! October 16, 2021 *It's another day to live. Another day to live happier than the other day. Another day to strive for better and change for the best.*  Yesterday as I read the article of Miss @Yzza0625 entitles Show Me a Picture, I am interested to write my own version since I really love to take pictures everywhere. Thank you for this idea to write girly. 😁 When I was still single, I loved to post a photo almost every day on my facebook account, but now that I am married and have a child, I seldom post a photo. I just store it in my phone and some are already transferred on my laptop because my phone storage is not that much. And the other reason why I seldom post on social media accounts is because of maturity. When you are already in adulthood, you better keep it private rather than expose it to the public. Maturity really helps. 😁 Well, all of us love to take pictures everywhere and anytime. We wanted that day to be memorable. We wanted to treasure the moment. That's why we never forget to take pictures and upload them on our social media account. Some are just stored in our gallery for the reason that  we don't want people to have something to say bad comments or whatever chuchuchu. 😁 Okay, so much for that. I screenshot the verse I encountered just earlier when my tutee had to answer her module regarding verses. This one really caught my attention and reflected that in life, we need someone to lean on. It is better to have a partner in order to have an easier task to do daily. Someone that will help you to take over if something doesn't work. I cannot resist tears falling upon seeing her face. I just can't believe that she came to me and that changed my whole being. Everytime I see this picture, I can't thank God enough for His goodness. Even up until now, she has grown so fast. I can't believe that a few months from now she will no longer be my little baby. But I know deep in my heart that she will always be. 😘 **Favorite Artist** Ohh? Really? Well, my favorite artist is no other than **Moira Dela Torre- Hernandez**. Why? Simply, I just like the way she deals with life's challenges such as depression and anxiety. I admire how she overcome those hardships she encountered and made her braver and stronger now. She is definitely a better example of those people who are fighting too. Also, she is from a broken family. At first, she had a hard time accepting the fact that she was no longer a complete family but still she tried to fight the battle. Most of all, why I like her is because she is a servant of God. A worshipper and a musician. Serving God makes her braver to the point that God poured out His blessings towards her because she is a faithful servant despite the agony she had in the past. Now, she is currently living a happy life together with her loving husband who serves as her number one supporter and fan at the same time. Her angelic voice makes me love her too and the way she sings songs, especially her own written songs. 😊 **That would be all. This is my version. I just love everything I write about each photo. Mama is sick. October 14, 2021 *A brand new day that God has given. A brand new day to start something and a brand new day to embrace the goodness of God despite the bitterness the world gives. Well, that is life.*  It’s sad to hear of someone getting sick, especially if the person is one of your family members. Unfortunately, I am the one who is sick. The **"Light of the Home"** is not well. I need some help. Please.🙏 Since yesterday, I have not been feeling well because I have colds and tonsilitis. Just last night, after my husband gave me a whole body massage, I got a fever. My whole body was shaking because of the cold I felt. Feeling I was in the snow fighting to look for some heat. I even wore socks and a jacket to ease the cold and look for a blanket to cover up my whole body even though I don't like it. My body was down last night. I didn't want to be disturbed but I have an 9month old baby. She needs me, she needs my milk. Arrggghhhh!! It is really a burden for me but I have to be a mother. I have to be strong for her. So, I have no choice but to give her my milk because I have been a breastfeeding mom since she was born. We tried to slowly adapt her to formula milk but she didn't like it. Maybe because of the taste it gives. There might be a difference from breastmilk to formula. That's why until now, I give her what I could give to her to satisfy her and it is okay with me since I am just staying in the house to give her my full time attention and to my husband as well.  Right now, I am still suffering from colds. I really hate this feeling of a stuffy, runny nose, and a light headache. These I really don't like. It really puts me in a bad mood to start the day. Also, I always sneeze, which causes me to stop doing the household chores because I need to pause for a while just to sneeze. (huhuhuhu)😰 How I wish it should be gone as soon as possible because my daughter is being affected too. I don't like the feeling that my baby is sick also. It really weakens my soul seeing her not okay.😢 seeing her dizzy and without condition to play.  **What medicines did I take?** **Decolgen** Before it turned cold, I started to take a decolgen but it had no effect and instead it worsened. Maybe I don't like it.  **Neozep** I even tried this one but it turns out nothing has happened.  **Warm Lime Juice** I tried a homemade remedy for me to have a chance but it didn't happen either. Maybe because I only did it once.  Those mentioned above I tried them if ever my colds will disappear but that is not what I am expecting. Nothing happened,my cold is still there. Such really a burden to me because I cannot focus on doing the household chores.  This time what I did was drink a lot of water. As they said, water therapy can only solve the colds. I follow their advice. I drink more water every now and then, who knows. Right? However, even if I am sick now, my body is not in good condition. I still have to rise because I am a mother. I am a wife. They need me. They want my care. They need my attention. Huhuhuhuh😥 Mother should not get sick because whos gonna do everything in the house. Who is going to take care of my baby? Who is going to take my part?  A sad reality, there is no one who will take my part. No one will do the same for me. No one will do the household chores as I did.  I am still thankful despite the fact that I am sick because my husband helps me or takes over my responsibility. He understands me. He took care of me. He did everything just to make me feel fine again. A million thanks to Him. I am blessed enough that I found him. The most responsible husband and father at the same time.  As of this time, I only have mild colds but dizziness always hits me. I don't think so if this is also a side effect of the vaccine. 1st Birthday Party! ***Birthdays are highlights for everyone, no matter what the age. Even if the child is just a year old, the birthday still means so much to his parents and all those who know the baby. The first birthday signifies a year since the baby started to light up the lives of all those around him/her, and the parents will no doubt be thinking that the child has grown up extremely quickly in front of their own eyes. (google.com)*** October 11, 2021 Last Monday morning, I woke up early because we had an invitation to attend. The 1st birthday of my husband's nephew. So, what I did was do the laundry early in the morning around 5:30 AM. This was already planned the night before that day because we weren't able to do the laundry last Saturday because of the rain. That's why I need to do the laundry first before going somewhere. After I did the laundry, I took a bath since I was wet. But it took an hour before I took shower , which might have caused me to have a cold. I don't think so but for me that is the reason.  After taking a bath around 11AM, we hurriedly rode a motorcycle going to the party because it will take 15 minutes heading to the place. As we arrived, many people were already there. Most of them were done eating their lunch. Some were bringing the leftovers and the kids brought the loot bags given by the family of the celebrants. The party was just simple. What matters the most was the good health of the celebrant that he was still able to celebrate his 1st birthday. We took our lunch pass at 12PM already because there was no rice left. My husband's mother again needs to cook the rice for us to eat. So, we waited for about 20 minutes before it was cooked.  The reason why there was no rice left was because they didn't expect that their visitors had that much. Most of them were not invited. It was like a fiesta as my husband's mother said. She never thought that the other people who were not on the list were already there. So, what she did was she still gave them food to eat. She still entertained them. She said to us that " **as long as there is still food to give, then give".** I was impressed by her. So, without murmuring, she gave food to those who came even if they were not invited.  We were there for 3 hours. I ate 3cups of salad and 1 saucer of cake as my dessert. I really enjoyed the food, especially that there was a "lechon baboy" on the table. I missed eating that kind of food. Lol😂 After we ate our lunch, we had some "chikas overload" since we seldom meet each other because of the pandemic and the protocols. We really had fun. Laughters are louder than our voices. Haha😂 It just really means that we really missed  each other.  Later on, we decided to take a picture to our kids as a simple remembrance of the day. Good thing that the kids participated except for the one girl kid. She was not in the mood because she felt sleepy. What  I loved about that moment was that my baby was on the go. She joined the simple pictorial as if she was the celebrant. 😂 She was the youngest of them all as cousins.  The boy celebrant that time was sick. He had colds and light fever caused by teething. They said that it is normal for a baby to get sick if the teeth are about to be put out. (tubuan ug ngipon, mao na)😁 Sorry for my english. 😄 So, the celebrant was not in the mood. He always cries. He only wants his mother to carry him. He only wants his mother to be with. But even if he was not feeling well, he was still smiling and approached us through his precious smile. Praying that if my baby turns to teething, I do hope and pray that she will not be sickly like others. Yes, it is normal but not to the point that she always suffers. I can't afford to see her weak and not in the mood.😢 The celebration went well despite the unexpected visitors. 😁 They were still thankful to the Lord after all.  Thank you for reading.💕 God bless everyone.

Side Effects: 1st Dose Experience! Last friday, we were vaccinated by the 1st dose, which is pfizer.  It was all successfully done with the help of the frontliners in our locality such as nurses, doctors, LGU staff, police officers, and fire fighters. They were all doing their best just to make the vaccination well even if there was still no proper management at some point but in the end it was all fine.  To those who have fully vaccinated, for sure there are side effects they felt after. And in my case, I cannot deny the fact that I experienced those too. It was not easy but I can still handle the pain.  Saturday and Sunday, I had mild side effects I felt in my body was the reason I wasn't able to write an article.  **The Side Effects**  **Dizzy Body**  This side effect based on my survey, it's been a normal feeling as they said. My body for the last two days seems to do nothing but just lay in bed and sleep. Dizziness and laziness hits me and turns out to have nothing to do.  **Mild Headache** During the vaccination when we were just falling in line to follow the process, I already had a headache caused by the rain since it was raining that time. I felt that my head was not in good condition. After a while, when we were done vaccinating I felt like I was drunk. My sight was spinning round like I cannot walk straight. But still I handled it. I need to be like nothing was wrong. Lol. 😂 Good thing my blood pressure was stable to normal. 🙏 **Hungry** As the orientation discussed by the nurse, the other side effect of the vaccine was feeling hungry. You seem to want to eat more and more. You wanted to have something every hour and then. You are starving somewhat you want. Based on my experience, after we vaccinated, I was looking for a food to eat some. Thanks to God that my older sister bought a pieces of bread for us to have something to eat. But even without vaccination, I always felt this way. Lol. Like I am always hungry. Haha kidding aside😁 **Muscle Pain** This is absolutely true. The next day after the vaccination, the pain where I was vaccinated started to swell. The pain was there that cause me to lay in bed one side only. It came to the point that I need to stay still. I often raise my left arm (since the left was vaccinated) because of the pain i felt. I don't want that someone will touch my arm or slap. It came to the point that I need to put hot compress to ease the pain and take a paracetamol every 4 hours. (as the nurses told us to do so). It lasted for 24 hours but thankfully, on Sunday, the pain was gone. I was able to carry my baby again on my left arm. So far, these are just the side effects I've experienced from the first dose. It was all mild effects because I could still handle those. I could still do the household chores regularly. I was grateful and thankful that these are just I had not like the other whom were vaccinated experience a hard time to overcome those. Most of them experienced high fever that they need to fight physically. But based on my survey as I asked those people who are fully vaccinated was that they said that, " the more your body suffered from those side effects really hard are the most effective". They added that, "it is better that you experienced those really hard because it just mean that the vaccine really manipulated in your human body. The lesser the chance you will be infected by the virus. " For me, it depends. As long as you have a strong immune system, you will not be infected by the virus. The stronger your body is, the virus will not be part of you but of course with the help of the mercy of God. He is the only one who knows who will be infected or not. His will be done.  **Piece of advice:**  *To be apart from COVID, the secret weapon for that is a firm faith and stronger relationship with God. Friday: 1st Dose Experience! October 8, 2021 ***A new day, new life, and a new hope to face a new beginning.***  As I woke up this morning, I was a bit lazy to prepare our food because of the rain. I didn't want to go outside to buy our food for breakfast, I just wanted to lay in bed doing nothing. (haystttt rain rain rain☔) The rain pours so hard. Such a cold start of the day. Thus, we crave to eat some delicious food we wanted to have and we love to just listen to music waiting for the rain to stop.  Today, I have mixed emotions - happy, a little nervous, and thankful.  **Happy** To get a 1st dose of vaccine makes me happy as well, especially because our vaccine is Pfizer which I am comfortable with. I am not saying that those other vaccines are not good or effective, what I'm saying is that I am comfortable with this kind. I am happy in a sense that I can now be protected by the phenomenal virus (COVID) that many lives were victims of and most people are fighting with this. It doesn't mean that if you are fully vaccinated, you will not be infected by the virus (COVID). You can still get infected but the good thing is that you now have that protection from it.   **Nervous** I was a bit nervous because of the negative feedback caused by the vaccine. Some information was all about death after vaccination and some was all about the side effects that they felt in their body. I cannot deny the fact that I felt this way. However, what I did was entrust in God everything most especially the vaccine.  **Thankful** I am very thankful because the chance has come to our lives. Thankful wherein this is the kind of vaccine we are waiting for. That's why we decided to accept the offer from our barangay to get vaccinated and be updated when the schedule is. Glad that me and my husband are part of the waiting lists.  Just this afternoon at 12:30, we went to the town to get vaccinated because the area held the gym in our town. As we were there, the rain didn't stop pouring. It really sucks. 😥 Before entering the main entrance of the area, you should first undergo a step-by-step process from pre-registration to orientation before heading to the vaccination area. The sad part there was the people were somewhat running for who's gonna be entertained first without following the lane. 😕 It was very annoying, irritating, and made us mad because there was no clear management. There were lots of people there due to the fact that the vaccine was pfizer. Some people were mad too because the lane was not followed by many. It was very unorganized. I was then disappointed because the social distancing protocol was not followed.😥( goodluck to us) We were there standing in the midst of the rain waiting for our time to be registered. Despite the bad weather, we still follow the lane and we also ask for the priority number. My number was 850 and my husband was 849. We were there standing until we headed to the registration area.  After almost 2hours of following the process, we were able to finish it. We finally made it. Around 3pm, we were inside the gym. Many people were still there but the good thing was that we were safe. Inside of the gym still had the process to be done but thanks to God it had good management there. The staff, nurses, doctors, tables and chairs were very organized. I was happy but very hungry.😄 It was around 3:30 pm, we were finally vaccinated by the 1st dose. I was glad because the processing was faster before 5pm. Thanks be to God. 🙏 This was my experience. I was a bit disappointed because of the mess outside the vaccination area for the reason that the people didn't follow the process well. But still thankful because we were able to be vaccinated. 💉 To all the management team, I am still thankful to them despite the mess.👏 Praying that this vaccine will not give me a hard time in my body because I am a breastfeeding mom. Still praying for a good condition as the day passes by.🙏 ***This article was supposed to be published last night but I didn't finish it because my body calls me to rest early. Happy 9months My Love❤ `For this child I prayed and the Lord has granted the desires of my heart.` `1 Samuel 1:27` ***For all the mothers out there, this verse really hits home. You may have been blessed with a child through adoption or your struggle to get pregnant has been hard but you find yourself finally holding your long awaited blessing. Either way this verse is a reminder of your countless prayers and the beauty of the Lord answering them.  An amazing moment to all of us mothers.*** It's been 9months since I gave birth to my little one. 9months since I was in the operating room fighting just to save my baby from my tummy. 9months already, my life has changed, the whole me. 9moths ago my beautiful scar happened. The way time flies is indescribable. Just a few months ago, we rejoiced over the arrival of our baby girl and today, she is already 9 months old. We are so happy, beyond blessed, and grateful for that. We wish and pray for her beautiful days in good health, protection, guidance, and love from us and from God. 🙏 **Is it really necessary to celebrate birthdays by month?** Absolutely yes! What matters is that you or the parent are happy about it. There is this joy that springs from the heart when you watch your tender helpless baby or that of your loved ones grow steadily. For a baby girl that’s 9 months gone already, as you approach the end of the first year of her life, you would want to make the day memorable for her by taking pictures of her, giving her special treats and all of that. It’s a great thing to do. The baby girl may not understand it now but when she grows to be fully aware of herself, she would appreciate it. On our part as first time parents, it is not necessary for us, we need to be practical, especially nowadays due to the pandemic that most people experience. As usual we just let the day pass just like a normal day. We just took pictures of her without cake or food. It is just fine with me as long as she is healthy. Unlike others, they celebrate it by doing the photoshoot here and there. Bought dresses, cakes, balloons, and prepared food for a small party. However, there are still ways on how we celebrate her monthly birthday. Just basic things only.  **What we did for her 9th month?** *Greet Her.*  In the morning, my husband and I were waiting for our little one to wake up. Then, right after she wakes up, we greet her with happy faces and she responds with a smile too. Her smile makes me happy knowing that she is happy and healthy. Such an enormous feeling.  *Kiss her.* We kiss her on her cheeks. It is just simple but  we all know that she really likes it because she responds to us by touching our faces and from that, she made us happier the way she did. Kissing her is just expressing how we love her so dearly. No one can replace that.  *Hug her.*  Hugging her first thing in the morning is a fulfilling feeling that we feel. It is a way that we are thankful for that God has given another day to live and to be with us.  *Pray for her.* Above all mentioned, this way of expressing our love towards her is unfathomable in which this is the most valuable thing to do. This is immeasurable and we know that God will keep her safe and protected. **Closing thought:**  Celebrating a monthly birthday isn't bad at all. It is just the way that the parents will reminisce if the little one will no longer be a baby anymore. In fact, it is somehow a fulfilling feeling that cannot be replaced. Sunday's Best: The Calling of God to us! `Isaiah 45:22 Turn to me and be saved, all you ends of the earth; for I am God, and there is no other.`  Why did God call us? To make us His beloved children.  He called us to save our lives from sin.  How God called us? **We are called from darkness.**  *1 Peter 2:9 But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God's special possession, that you may declare the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His wonderful light.* So, God called us for us to be able to get out from the darkness life that we live in. He cleans us from the mud of life. From unclean life because of sin to clean life because we are forgiven. We are beyond blessed if we are one of the people of God to be His beloved.  As the bible says found in **Matthew 20:16 " Many are called, few are chosen".**  The man that is already in the light of God is his privilege because he already knows where he would go.  God did this simply because He wants us to live in His place which is heaven. He doesn't like that His people will be going to hell. He wants us to be saved from bad things. **By the Gospel/Good news** *2 Thessalonians 2:14 He called you to this through our gospel, that you might share in the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.* Our lives should be spent more on sharing the gospel. If there are instances we encounter that we can hear the word of God, let us not reject it. Let us instead listen and reflect on it because God speaks to himself through his words. Thus, by listening, it is possible that it can change our lives, our ways to live as a factor of surviving.  However, listening and reflecting on it will never be a waste of time but a valuable thing that we can do.  **By the Servants of God.** *Jeremiah 35:15 Again and again I sent all my servants the prophets to you. They said, “Each of you must turn from your wicked ways and reform your actions; do not follow other gods to serve them. Then you will live in and I have given to you and your ancestors.” But you have not paid attention or listened to me.* God called us by using His servants like priests and pastors. They spent their time studying the word of God just to deliver and preach the gospel to the congregation and to all of us who wanted to listen and saved us from darkness. They also correct us from our wrong doings to make our life better to live in even if most of the time we cannot understand the happenings around the globe.  **By the Son of God ( Jesus Christ)** *Isaiah 55:5 Behold, thou shalt call a nation that thou knowest not, and nations that knew not thee shall run unto thee because of the Lord thy God, and for the Holy One of Israel; for he hath glorified thee.* When Jesus Christ was on earth living with humankind, He sacrificed His own life to mend our lives from broken pieces caused by our sins. That word sin is the ultimate reason why God gave his only Son just for us. He truly loved us. That's why He makes a way to turn our lives to light from darkness and turn away from wicked ways.  *What we need to do is to believe in Him that He died and saved for us.*  `Hebrews 12:2` `Looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before  Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.`  *This is the message preached by our pastor last sunday. What's the most beautiful word in the world?**  For me, that would be **LOVE**. Why? Simply because this word marks the best in all of us. All my life, I am very much thankful to God for giving me a child I prayed for. She became my life changer from the day she came.  **22. What time of the day do you feel the most energetic and what do you usually do in those moments?** It is morning. I feel like I am well energized right after my morning devotion. It makes me alive and enthusiastic to do the household chores. It is definitely true that if you start your day with God, everything you plan to do for the whole day will be successful and happier. In addition, I do the cooking, cleaning the area, and doing laundry. That's what I did the whole morning. 😊 **25. What makes you feel safe?**  It makes me feel safe when I am with my husband. I feel secure knowing the fact that he is with me to cheer me up when I am down and support me when I have something I want to accomplish.  Also, I feel safe everytime I pray to God. I know that when I pray, God is with me. It is safer to be in His presence.  **45. What's the best sound in the world?** For me, that would be a crying baby. Maybe some of you don't like it because it is noisy and irritating but on my side crying baby is the best due to the fact that a baby is a blessing from above.  **56. What's great about your mom?**  Actually, she is great about everything. She is good at everything she does, especially when it comes to cooking. She makes sure that she cooked it delicious and nutritious. She wants us to be happy and satisfied with what we eat. All in all, she is great.  **53. What makes you cringe?** It makes me cringe when someone is taking his cigarettes close to me because of the fact that cigarettes are bad for our health.  **51. What's one thing you certain of?** I am certain of the second coming of Christ. Surely, He will take those people who are deserving in His Kingdom. We may not know when he will come but I am sure about that. We just need to prepare ourselves so that we will be taken too.  **64. Which of your five senses would you keep if you could only keep one?** I will choose for my sense of sight or eyes. Why? Simply because the eyes are the center part of our human body. If we are blind then how can we do the things we wanted to do? It is only the eyes that can clearly see the beauty of life.  **8. If I had two hours left on earth, what would you do?** I will definitely spend these two hours sharing the gospel so that if my time comes that I will be taken by God, they will remember me through the good news I have shared.
