Do Not Fear, For I am With You.

Isaiah 41:10: God says to “fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.

Even since I started and decided to follow Christ when I was just in my teenage days, this Bible verse is my ultimate favorite. Every time I read this passage, I felt the love of God towards me. I felt secure and protected. I felt His presence.

Fear Not!

This promise of God is constantly found in the scriptures. It's been said countless times if you read a Bible. God always says the word "fear not" because He wanted us to be brave in terms of facing challenges, struggles, problems, tests, and even circumstances. All the negative thoughts and actions may we encounter in our lives is God securing us to fear nothing but to trust Him all the way. God will never give us such challenges if we can't surpass them. God knows our strengths and even weaknesses, therefore, He will give us the problems that eventually will be resolved because He knows that we can make and solve them, but of course with His help and guidance along the way. So why do we feel fear? Because human as we are, we can't avoid feeling that way every time we are in the middle of fighting our battles in life. We felt fear because what if we can't make it. What if we can't solve it. Our life had full of what-ifs that's why we oftentimes forget the powerful God that we have that everything will be settled. Thus, we should always remember that God is a faithful God. That He will never fail His promises. He is a God that is a promise keeper. We should trust His promises more than humans instead.

Strengthen you!

All of us have weaknesses that sometimes or most of us eat the inner being that sometimes causes us to get sick and do nothing inside our home. We don't want somebody will disturb us. We just wanted to stay at some corner thinking deeply thinking the ways how to exceed it. This promise of God in the verse itself magnifies that He will strengthen us every time we feel weak. He will give us the strength that we need to outweigh the loads we carry in our way. He doesn't want us to get down and never rise again instead He wants us to be strong enough to face the hardships of life and walk ahead from it. Walking with Him. Then, we should not be weak but we should be strong for God wanted us to be.

Help you!

Most of the time in our lives we experienced being in despair because we already feeling down and being so hopeless. Sometimes, we cry because we think that there's no exit when we have problems. We surrender and give up easily because we thought that it is impossible to solve problems especially when it is already massive. We forgot to look up and call God asking for help though even if we don't call Him, He will still help us to get out of the things that ruin us. He will still lay and extend His hands for us His beloved. We may see His hands literary but He uses people to receive solutions that we needed. That is God. He is willing to help. 🙏

Closing Thought:

Trusting the promises of God is for me is the very best decision that we can do in our entire lives. Why? Because we can say that He is a good God and a faithful one. No one can ever replace His goodness forever.

Since then up until now, I am still holding onto this promise of Him because I know that He will never leave me. It's okay if my loved one will leave but what's more important is that God will never distance me. Will never get tired of me forever. He is my God. My savior and my father. 🙏😇
