I think new users are now finding it difficult to get some tips after the introduction of the new rules. It's understandable, they don't have subscribers. I suspect that many are frustrated because of this. I can understand it, but there is only one way to get many subscribers, and really good subscribers, they need to write interesting posts and most importantly interact a lot. Reply to other users' posts, stay in the conversation and above all stay patient. Over time, they will gain subscribers of their own and thus get tips. #NoiseCash
