After the launch of the Chivo wallet in El Salvador, BTC price has dropped from $51000 to $43000. Now it has risen again to around $46,000, but it keeps falling. I don't know if it has to do with the introduction of the Chivo wallet, but it is not impossible that a lot of Salvadorans immediately cashed out their $30, which led to a price drop. I wrote in my article on read.cash that Salvadorans would probably not use the wallet. It's an LN custodial wallet that works like a bank and doesn't use real Bitcoin. There was even a flipstarter that raised funds to educate the Salvadorans. https://flipstarter.ryverelsalvador.com #Bitcoin #BTC #Chivo #ElSalvador #Bank #LN #wallet

I don´t know either if your suggestion is correct, but anyway this won´t last long because before there was heavy buying activities in BTC and the fundamental reasons for BTC to get much higher is getting mor and more, Panama now will join the group of countries to use and allow BTC (and ETH) as payment methods and you have to take in account that Panama is the finacial hub of Latin-America with huge cashflows so this will boost also shortly, in a lotof countries the inflation is on the rise so an deflational concept like BTC must have another price acceptance when Dollar and Co goes down the BTC must do the opposite. And even when BTC is actually not really useful for little everyday transactions so BCH is and in a Bitcoin.com-wallet you can swap them easily for low fees and use BCH after the swap from BTC to BCH for these everday payments. Financial freedom ahead and in sight ;)
