"Why Ethereum could become more valuable than Bitcoin thanks to EIP-1559". This is the title of the article from one of the most widely read crypro websites in Germany. https://www.btc-echo.de/news/warum-ethereum-dank-eip-1559-wertvoller-werden-koennte-als-bitcoin-117527/ There are more articles, also in English, like this, e.g. https://banyanhill.com/ethereum-bigger-than-bitcoin-more-valuable-than-gold/ I don't think much of such websites and such articles, because theoretically everything could be, but it shows me that slowly the mainstream is starting to realise that BTC's time is coming to an end. Those who know me know that I have been saying it for a long time. Maybe ETH will dethrone BTC, maybe it will be another coin, but then BTC will quickly fall behind. It will also fall behind BCH. Whether BCH will take the top spot in CMC at some point? I don't know. But that BCH will overtake BTC is certain for me. #Cryptocurrency

Those articles should've recognized that Bitcoin Cash exists. >.<
The problem with these websites is that they are very often run by BTC maxis or heavily influenced by BTC maxis. BItcoin Cash is either mentioned in a negative context, or at best not at all. They don't write a word about SmartBCH, for example.
Well, SmartBCH is recognized by CoinFLEX and hopefully they make it newsworthy. SmartBCH is a very large trump card for us right now, and the fact that it's an EVM & Web3 sidechain on BCH, which people have been misinformed to be "sidechain-hating 8mb bitcoin wannabe trash that has no devs and only Roger".
You can see how much hate there is towards Bitcoin Cash. You only have to go to reddit to see it. Bitcoin Cash is the most hated coin due to years of social engineering. Even people who are not negative towards BCH are afraid to write positively about BCH lest they get caught in the shit storm.
I guess that's the sad truth. Kinda learned the same thing while I did this: https://noise.cash/post/1kr86v27
I have seen it. I hardly use reddit because of it. When I do use it, it's only sub r/btc and r/bitcoincash . I get too annoyed otherwise.
And... I just noticed Churn's post, which is the closest answer to the post's title question, was flagged as "this is shill, ignore" by someone. I'm never stepping foot in r/CC unless I need to.
Reddit is a rigged place. Just like Twitter.
