One good #advice for #people who have #headaches, or problems with #migraines. When i was #sick of Covid i had terrible terrible headaches. Beside #aspirins, this helped me a lot. Here in #Europe, at the moment, is #autumn season...soon will become #real #winter. #Weather changes...so, #guys, take care of yourselves, take #vitamins, avoid crowds and busy places, take aspirins as a preventive...
