I have one specific situation here at work. Actually, last two months i didn't work because of Covid. In the meantime, and in my back, behind my presence, without letting me know anything, my colleagues got promotion and didn't informed me. I am someone who works almost 20 years and this is really horrible for me. What to do, maybe to make a noise, or what? Or, to stay calm and wait my time? Ps. Photo is from Internet.
