#SALT that comes from SUGAR😮😮 Confusing right??? We all know about tasting salt or MSG( monosodium glutamate). It enhances the flavour of food 😋😋. But do you know by what they are really made?! Monosodium Glutamate is made up of different raw materials. It is made up of the most commonly use bacteria called Corynebacterium glutamicum.🦠🦠 Sugar sources such as sugar cane or beet molasses, starch hydrolysates from corn or cassava tubers, and even tapioca. The first sugar source available is the first to be used. 🧂 With sugar, ammonia and ammonium salts are added.
