Do you know there is also a kind of salt that is named bamboo salt. It is a famous salt in South Korea and it is made by extracting salt from the west coast of yellow sea. First the sea salts were filled in hollow bamboo tube and it is sealed with red Korean mountain clay. Then the bamboo tubes are baked repeatedly in pine wood fire. 9x baked bamboo salts have the higher value. It is believed that this bamboo salt can cure chronic diseases and have bioactive minerals in it. But scientists are still finding answer of these claims.
