# BREAKFAST Why it is called breakfast?? Do this have any significance?🤔 That first meal of the day is more commonly known as breakfast. 😋 If you divide this compound word into two parts, you'll see it's made up of “break" and “fast." 🤔 To fast means to go without food. So “breakfast" means to break the fast you've been observing since you went to sleep the night before!🤯🤯. Now i know the real meaning of breakfast 🤣. I always encourage to do extra research before believing anything. ❤️ Happy reading😍

When we get up we won't be taking any food, that is we are fasting. And this needs to be a break. To breakfast, we eat breakfast.
