So I brought you my new recipe
Cooked spicy eggplant.
Materials:
Eggplant cut into round pieces
Potatoes cut into round pieces
Like the amount of fish
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
Ginger paste 1/2 teaspoon
Garlic paste 1/2 teaspoon
1 tablespoon cumin paste
1 teaspoon of dried chilli powder
3/4 cup of oil
4-5 slices of green chillies
Preparation:
First, mix a little salt and turmeric in the eggplant and potatoes well. When it is heated with a little oil in a pan, fry the potatoes and eggplant until light brown.
Then rub the fish with a little salt and turmeric powder and fry it very well.
Then add some oil to the pan and when the onion turns slightly reddish, add all the spices one by one. Drain the spice again with a little water. When the oil comes up on the spice, pour the fish and drain. Then cover with fried potatoes and eggplant with the same amount of water. When the water is dry, lower it and serve.
I think I tasted this once when my Pakistani friend cooked the same with this.
