There is no one who does not like to eat roasted khichuri on a rainy day.
Materials:
2 cups of basmati rice
Slightly boiled beef
1 cup of chopped onion
1/2 cup crushed garlic
Cumin paste 1 tbsp

Coriander powder 1/2 table spoon
1/2 table spoon of cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon of dried chilli powder
4-5 slices of green chillies
2-3 pieces of cardamom
2-3 pieces of cinnamon
2-3 pieces of bay leaves
1 cup of peas
3/4 cup of white oil
1 tablespoon of ghee
Preparation:
First wash the rice well and drain the water. Then put 3/4 part oil in the pan and shake the onion in it. When the onion becomes slightly reddish in color, remove all the spices one by one and then add the pieces of meat again. When the oil rises to the top, move the rice Shake with it and take it out in a very good way. Then cover with a lid with 2 1/2 cups of water. Use 1 teaspoon of ghee to reduce the water. When the water is dry, lower it and serve hot.
