Shami Kabab I made it๐Ÿ˜

Shami Kabab ๐Ÿ˜ I made it ๐Ÿ™ˆ Hello everyone ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜ Today was busy as online classes has started again๐Ÿคฆโ€โ™€ Today i made these shami kababs๐Ÿ˜ I knoW Pakistanis are familiar with this term but let me share the recipe with my Nigerian friends๐Ÿ’•โค Recipie: So the most important thing for any recipe is the ingredients, let me share them first.. Ingredients : Beef or Mutton, Yellow Pulse, chilli, garlic, onion, Shami kabab masala pack, oil, black pepper, Eggs, and obviously salt๐Ÿ˜‹ Method: Take a pot and put water according to the size of meat, add some salt and let it boil. Take another one and put a pulse there along with chilli garlic paste and Kabab masala (if you don't have the pack then you can use spices from home as well), add black pepper and then let it boil. When the meat is soft then put it in a bowl and soak all rhe water. Let the pulse be soft but not very soft so use less amount of water to make it dry. Then mix both the meat and pulse and grind them together. Take a plate and put 2 eggs there and make a paste by a spoon. Then take the paste of pulse and meat from grinder and give them shape (normally they are round ๐Ÿ˜‹). Light the flam and put the frying pan on low flam and add a little oil. Dip the round kabab in egg and then put it one by one in oil to fry. Don't use too much oil and flame should be low. Let it turn brownish red and then take them out. Take a plate and put tissue paper to soak the oil. Then present with lemon and ketchup ๐Ÿ˜‹ I am sure you will love it so do give it a try๐Ÿ˜‰
