As I know little about investments and trading of cryptocurrency that's why I thought that I should give my dollars to my friend who is trader and profit and loss will be share equally. Is this good deal or not?

Don’t do it. It’ll be too easy for him to just keep your money. Or if the investments go bad, it might ruin the friendship. If you really think he’s a good investor, just have him tell you what to invest in, and do some research of your own. And if it looks like a good investment, then you can put some money into it yourself.
