University life:-
The time span which students spends in university is known as precious period of life . Students have different perspectives regarding their university and they live in their own way. University is a place of learning and this learning go sideways with grooming . After completing the intermediate students try to move into universities for higher studies.Here are some different categories on which students could be filtered out.
Different disciplines:-
In every university there are so much disciplines and one student should has to take addmission in only those subject in which he had interest before when he has passion to learn that subject then in his professional life he could do well and give hundred percent to his knowledge .People often think about Scope regarding any particular subject but they never think that they can create scope of themselves by learning maximum skills in their subject .if they have grip over their discipline they could easily convey their meaning to next person. When a person select a subject which is his favourite then he not get feel that he is doing studies he just enjoys reading that subject and he love to spend his most of time with his books.
When you select a course which is against your own interest and you have entered that subject just people have given you suggestion because the subject has wider scope believe me you could not work well no doubt how much you are intelligent and hardworking person in the studies you have to pay your maximum attention to your subject to attain good grades may be you become successful to get good gpa but at the end of the years and degree when time come regarding doing job at a university or in institute you might get not appointment letter for joining just because you could not pay your maximum into that subject. Do not think about people suggestions because this is yours life and you have to live it in your own way do not think about that what would people say ! The only work which can people do is back bitching of people just because they himself could not reach that destination on which you are standing. Go with your own thoughts and listen the voice of your heart honestly it will always gives you a Genuine suggestion .
Friends at university :-
The friends which you found on university maybe different from those friends which are your fellow in school because at school you have spent so many years and the school friends become more genuine to you . You might have Dyson from some of your University fellows that in university there are no true friends and you call your school friends your friends who can serve their life for you. But if you are a positive person you would become successful to find positive friend in your university and the friend will always help you out in university the friend are those who help you to groom your personality if you find out some good friend at your University they become fellow for your whole life they become like a backbone of you. They always stand with you in every difficult situation. University there are different type of people who are from different regions they show their own culture they have their own languages and by engaging with those people get to know different thoughts different ideas which represent their mindset it is really opens up your mind and your thinking prospective get broader. University every person help the other one in number of ways mostly regarding study system.
Study groups:-
In university assignment which you have to do student mostly do them in group and it is known as study group. Study group everyone share his own knowledge and eat student do his signed work and when people gather that work it become milestone and teacher also prefer to study in a group because most of the teachers says that in your professional life there is a grouping system in which task are assigned.
Library and students :-
I think the best place in university is library of University where the student are sitting and they are studying the different books of their interest in the university when you enter in the library there is a role that you could not take your bag in the library you just have to take a pencil and papers with you. In library you could find so many books from different authors there are also novel The newspapers from which you can get a know how of current situation. Newspaper is best to read for student because in English newspaper it contains vocabulary that is new to ask and then we go through those were we get curious that what would be the meaning of this word. So the strategy of students should be they should not it down and when they have done with paper then google about it because when someone write something it filters from his mind and it is most likely that it remains in the writer mind. Obviously one cannot improve his old vocabulary in just one day it take a long time to improve so far improving your vocabulary when should daily read the newspaper. In library there are three types of student one group of student are those who read their academic books and the other group of student are those who read extra books for their knowledge like that we read novels the read pamphlets. The last category of student are those who just sit in library to look at other people and suggestion of me that those people should start reading from their first day they should do some productive things they should not waste their time. In library there are certain rules which should everyone follow like everyone has to be silent in library because your voice can distract other from reading and also your phone ring tones should be on silent .Book reading is important to vast your knowledge. Reading the original text convey the whole meaning of writing rather than reading the summary.
One can say that library is a sea of knowledge where you once dive you come out with some knowledge going to library regularly and just reading and comprehending at least few lines modified your personality as much as you read it glorifies your way of speaking and when you interact to other people it clearly depicts that you are a reader.
Socialization:-
In University life you daily meet new students and you greet them it learns you the etiquettes and manners. You become socialize when you enter the university because the environment in university is unique and you have to be socialize because if you don't then you could not make your name this habit of yours helps you alot in your professional life.
Teachers at university:-
You find so many teachers which are delivering you lectures and try to interact with them because it is helpful for you they convey their knowledge and also teacher is a personality to which every one should respect.Teachers are considered to be parents for their students because they teach us the way to live in the society they teach us the knowledge of what is good and what is bad for us and what should we do to make betterment in the society so that our society becomes a paradise part where there is happiness always . Teacher is respected in every field. Teachers are not king by themselves by they made us king and in this journey they help us alot they always motivate us from all the ways which they can, and when their student become successful they become happy they feel that today they become successful means they become doctor, engineer, artist etc. They polish our personalities they have eye which can see deep inside our souls and they find out the real hidden skill and talent in us and they work on us to bring up that talent and made us confident that we can face the world we will face it together we will make write our name with golden words .
Co_Curricular activities :-
There are co curricular activities in universities in which students must took part it gives a chance to students to polish their hidden talents it might be related to sketching, singing or drama acting . In universities there are so many societies which offer these activities and they even conduct classes regarding their activity . In university the academic and co curricular activities go sideways these both things mold the personality of student . Sport also considered as co curricular activity it gives strength to the muscle and increase the stamina of students in different fields .

Character building refers to the activities and effort which a person do for upholding his values, customs and tradition in short to make his character good. The first way of building character is home your home values should be higher because when you speak to someone it represent your upbringing if your behaviour would be good with other people it will show that your mother and father both are good and on the other hand if you are behaving in bad way then people will surely think about your parents , it is the basic saying that you are the shadow of your parents , the character which your parents have you will own the same so first role in building the character is of parents , parents should think that they should talk their child in a polite and good way in that your son or daughter will talk to other people .

Tolerance:-
The common problem which the young generation is mostly facing this time is just of tolerance that people are lacking tolerance nowadays people are lacking this . It is also disorder of respiratory system in fact it is the journal name of a group of diseases caused by mycobacterium tuberculosis . Smoking destroys our body in number of ways mainly our body become weaken it mainly affect our lungs and when lungs are not healthy than person is also not healthy the heart diseases ratio also get increased in smokers researches also shows the person who smoke are most probable to get the disease in earlier stage smoking became a fashion now and people smoke only to mention themselves in the society that they are adopting a fashion but it is not fashion people should understand the logic that it is devasting of our young generation which is highly getting influenced with bad people and they are also creating a bad image in the society , our health system needs our care we should not play with our health system if your money goes then don't worry a person can earn if your study lag behind one or may be two year then also dont worry it can be back and you can start studying again but there is no compromise on your health it is a very sensitive issue so people should be careful regarding this , they should not do any experiments on their body only try to show that they are fashionable there are number of ways to look fashionable .

Economic crisis is a type of crisis in which a country faces the loss in finance and it fails to manage their country funds they do not even import and export and at the end it effect every sector wether it is agriculture , medicine or something else .
When a country faces economic crisis it proves to be the worst time for that country because for reaching at the previous level the country has to do work day and night and it is impossible without the help of the natives when the nation helps his country then the times come when a country makes his status and can mark it's name in the world with golden pen .
Sri Lanka is facing economic crisis RightNow the condition of people of Sri Lanka is highly miserable the rates , prices of different items have been raised from past days and people could not afford the items even it is the Ramadan time .the one cup of tea 🍵 is selling at the price of 100 the price of one kilo gram rice is 500 Sri Lankan rupees only 400 gram of milk powder has touched the price of 790 rupees these prices can easily indicate that how much the people of Sri Lanka are facing the crisis and through which phase they all are going on .

Sri Lanka has no balance for any type of import now , the economy of Sri Lanka mostly runs through tourism and they import even little things like oil, sugar, food items , papers and medicine etc and that is how they were managing in previous years by import.

In March the country left with just 2.36million dollars which were insufficient to run the whole country and through estimate it was assuming that it would not be enough for just 14 days and the same happen for which everyone was fearing and the whole country moved to crisis in March the country not even has the balance for ink and for pen
Electricity cut off:-
In Sri Lanka electricity has been totally off from past days and people were seeking for light to come even there were cases where most of the people fight for the fuel . Electricity has been cut off just to save the remaining fuel because the country has no stock of fuel and the condition is such that they could not even import fuel from any other country because they have no assets .there is also so many people who made their food with the help of oil and they could not accommodate now even they have not any stock of crude oil the only stock which they have has also been finished now the government is wondering about what to do ? Or what should be their next step ?
Exam cancelled:
As in the previous lines there was written about ink and paper that in Sri Lanka they import almost everything like paper so it was the time of final examinations in Sri Lanka and the government has to take the step of cancellation of the board exams just because they could not manage their funds and by doing so the one year struggle and hard work of students has been wasted may be some of them are going through a phase of depression because everyone knows that how much students studied and how much studies matter in a students life it is as necessary as the heart in the body of human being with out knowledge a person is just a body knowledge turns a person into a person worth living in the society as Sri Lanka facing crisis so it is affecting the education sector adversely and it is decreasing the literacy rate in the country along with different things .
Economy depends upon tourism in Sri Lanka :
All of us are aware that Sri Lanka is beautiful and it is an island so every year so many people visited here to explore different places which are worth to explore and when tourist make a tour to any country they took money with them which helps a country in a good way and country start to grow along with the country is getting recognisation but in past few years the tourism graph in Sri Lanka has dressed sharply even no one has assumed before . One reports tells that the graph of tourism in Sri Lanka has been descended down with the 29%which affected the economy in a bad way , Sri Lanka totally depends upon economy and the tourism was only the key which was making stable their level of economy, because Sri Lanka is naturally very beautiful country
The reason behind the decline sharply in Sri Lanka revolve around COVID 19 pandemic and the Easter bombing
No doubt COVID 19 has affected every country economy so badly that the country has to do work even harder and faster to accomplish the past level which they have. Same happens with the Sri Lanka that in pandemic they have to gone through the phase of lock down which put their economic market into a paradoxical situation and their market was standing on edge that time because also they have to run their country and at that time tourism also stops down the rate was sharply decreasing and their market start getting into worse condition also so many countries was not allowing their natives for a visit to Sri Lanka that affected their economy in turn .
Poor policies :
The poor policies from the government side were also the major reason for this time of crisis In may 2021 the president of Sri Lanka put a ban on fertilizer and they don not import even a single fertilizer and he said to form every crop originally without any research and his thinking was that they will got profit but in turn their crop fail which in turn raises the prices of crops and other food items so their economic policy was proved extremely wrong and they also lack forex reserves there was acute shortage of foreign currency due to the small wrong step by the government which indulges the whole nation into the mouth of shark .the government also has to pay the installment for the debt which they have taken in past years from different countries
Debt details:-
From 2007 Sri Lanka is getting into debt and could not pay back with maximum effort even it has taken huge balance from china of about 3billion dollars and again now they are seeking towards them for help , from sovereign bonds they have taken 12bilion dollars and from Asian development bank they have taken 4.6$ billion dollars which they have to return back and now they are facing the crisis and reasons are mixed which I have shared from one to the end .
Appeal for Sri Lanka:-
Sri Lanka is an average country so I will one should race his voice for Sri Lanka as the country is facing the worst condition and people are starving for food so for the sake of humanity everyone should rays his voice at every platform which he has join maybe by doing so some person who are unable to get knowledge and they are willing to help them out. Sri Lanka needs us they need us they are looking for our help yes for our help .

According to the report of WHO World Health Organization 2016 1.9 million people who are aged from 18 years old are fatty people , not every obese person willing to loss his or her weight every person has his own mindset and priorities in different ways so let them follow .
How we put on weight?
The question is very common , and the answer is when we do not engage ourselves with the necessary physical activities and when we eat to much things mainly the things which are not healthful for human body then we start getting put on weight and then that weight start getting irritating us in most of the cases people wanted to wear the dashing dresses and fully designed but they could not because they are overweight and in over size there are no such designs are available , also there are some medical conditions in which a person is fatty I am not trying to mention I am just trying to convey my meaning that how a person can get rid of the obesity .
Mother of diseases;
Obesity gives birth to so many diseases such as hypertension , diabetes, heart related diseases and so on some there diseases almost 70%of the people who are fatty they really want to loose their weight , our body needs workout and some physical activity to stay healthy when a person start doing exercise his other organs also start doing proper functioning the chances of such diseases are less as compare to the person who is facing the obesity , their are adipose tissues in human body who have normal range in a normal body of human but when a person does not try and engage himself with any activity and just he eats everytime with no concentration then the level of adipose tissues start getting higher in the body and the person become fatty

Now a days our lifestyle has became such that you choose fast food items over the simple food and these fast food products like pizza , burger and other food items which are soaked in oil ruining our stomach and digestion system these not only causes the obesity in us but also they cause heart burning and some allergic effects on body ,the disease which is ulcer is notorious disease which is also caused by consumption of spicy food items. One more thing which should be included here is the consumption of cold drinks , which is becoming a trend in our young generation most of the cold drinks contain alcohol in higher amount which is too bad to consume for our health system.
Poor hygiene system:-
The hygiene system can also be one of the major reason of obesity in young generation mostly the young people took their breakfast and even they took dinner at different hotels and the students who are living away from their home and resident in the hostels their food , meal are sometime made or contain some contaminated things it may include a spoon which is not properly washed or the vegetable , meat and chicken which is not completely gone through the hygiene process so it cause different diseases and in some cases it can cause obesity
Luxury lifestyle:-
So many machines have been introduced in our life and our lifestyle has been totally changed by 360 angle we are becoming so much comfortable day by day with the help of electronic gadgets even when we have to wash the crockery we do it with the help of different type of gadgets no doubt science is making progress in each and every field and it is beneficial for human beings but one drawback which I think it is a major one is that it is turning the humans the laziest creatures on the earth the physical activities are decreasing and our children which in previous ages love to play the outdoor games now preferring I door games which they play on the LED with the help of remote , the physical playing is beneficial not only to keep the child active but by playing such plays and taking part in such activities children got to know about different things of society they learn and grasp much as compare to sitting in home and playing online games on mobile or on different gadgets it in turns effects on their minds and it became addictive day by day the behaviour of different children also become annoying by the passage of time they lag somewhere and when they grew up they could not match their vibes with their age mate in short they could not engage themselves in their class in college or even in university in most cases where a person has to be social with so many people because the university life is such life where you can learn only by engaging with different people and it is a two way process in which knowledge transfers from one side to the another side and when a person fails to engage he could not succeed in showing his or her qualities at maximum level .
Sitting in vain :-
Most of the people who became fatty the major reason behind their obesity is sitting in vain , like all we do most of the time when we have nothing to do we only sit on bed or sofa with our mobile and sometime start scrolling the feed or watching the videos on different platform thorough which we gain nothing but only waste our precious time hours this sitting makes dull our mind the scientific researches shows that the radiations which came from the electronic gadgets grasp our mind and it reduces the capability and strength of human mind , but there is another case that most of the people do their jobs but their jobs include sitting on the chair but nothing else so what they should do I think they should do exercise at regular basis when they become free from their work and try to start exercise if they could not do exercise they should just take a step in doing so they must go for just a morning walk because when a person took an initiative then after doing practice for some days he become use to it and then he could also achieve the milestone and he feel motivation day by day .
What is body shaming :-
Every person has his own body line and he is comfortable in his body when the other people criticize him over his body it is refer to as body shaming .
Most of people have heard about this but some of us are unaware about the terminology or basic concept behind this word . When a person is fatty don't call him a fatty person if you want to give him an advise do this in a good and generous way there are so many ways to give an advice do this in very polite way that the next person could not even feel that you are targeting him , on the same way if someone is skinny do not mock him or do not make fun of him it is his body and he knows in better way that what should he do to look graceful leave the old stereotypical things , like a slim person only look good the world has reached somewhere till moon and we are just getting into these problems till now it is not acceptable in today's society . If a person came to you for taking an advice give him a better one because he came to you because he has believe on you that you would be kind and generous towards him and may be your one kind and sincere advice could change his whole world . Always spread love because if you spread it you get it back and at end love always wins no matter how much the next party is doing bad .

It is evident through most of the surveys that the people who got up early in the morning are more passionate towards their goals and they struggle for it.

SMART GOAL:-
A goal should be smart I have read about Smart goals in my third year in the books of study skills the smart basically gives a deep mainly here S stands for specific
M stands for measurable
A stands for accurate
R stands for real
T stands for time bound
So it gives a whole definition that your goal should be specific what is the meaning of specific so let me answer this question that your goal should be one clear and obvious there should not be the condition of baffling at all that one day you are choosing a goal and second day you are choosing another one The second thing measurable means that you could measure your goal in a broader perspective it is giving the meaning that you should have a scale over which you can calculate your success level in the way to success just like if your want to become topper in the class and it is your goal so you should work over your books and you should complete your daily work at home and at the university or at college and then you would be able to reach your destination and you will be the next topper of the whole class one thing which matters here is only your hard work nothing anything else.
Third thing about goal that your goal should be real and reliable that it should not be just like a bubble of water or anything which you could not achieve , you have a goal but that goal just can be achieve in the world of imagination your goal should be realistic .
And the fourth thing about SMART GOAL is time bound , that you should set time limit to achieve your goal if you have not set any limit for the attainment of the particular goal then you lag behind or stay behind and it will makes you lazy and you will start procrastination which is also a main reason not to be a successful person on which I will talk in the later part of the article when you bound a time your mind will get notification time to time and you will get reminder from your mind that you have to complete this this night or this day or even in this month means to say time bound goals will keep you awaking and also they are the source of motivation
Types of Goal:-
Short term goal are the goal which you can achieve in a short span of time , like you want to complete a book in 3daysit would be a short term goal , short term goal would be about an hour , a week , few days, a month or may be it can take several months even one year .
If you want to achieve good grades in the first semester of your BS programe then it would be regarded as a short term goal because it is just can be achieved in may be 6 month or seven months
Long term goal:-
Long term goal are those goals which can be completed in long span of time that those goal may take your whole life to complete or may be 10 years to complete
I also want to add an example which is common in almost everyone life that is job problem most of the people pay very hard and they do struggle to achieve job and also to achieve a good job with has a good package one have to study for so many years so that he would be quite able to learn and grasp the skills so here job can be regarded as long term goal
People I hope you got difference between long term goal and short term goal and try to answer yourself regarding SMART GOAL and think about it that your goal is SMART or not if yes then your direction is good and you will definitely one day make your way towards the success and if the answer from your mind is no so don't get bother much just try to fit your goal into the SMART category and then start working on it and I am hundred percent sure that one day you will achieve success in your life .
My teacher once advised me ! That every one will get a job in his life career but the only one will get a high profile rank in his career the one who work a little higher than average work that is the strategy to look prominent in between so many people ! And believe me my teacher advice remained in my mind every time
Do every thing on time :-
Try to do every assigned task on time there is difference between in time and on time , actually some of the people even students who usually delay their assigned task let take an example of a work which they have to submit next Monday so a student think that now he has so many days to complete now he has much time and he only relax his mind and he wastes his time in doing extra things ,try to understand that there is a proper plan time for every task to be done there is time for reading and school first and on the second slot you could play and you can go to gym for staying fit and healthy these both thing in balance will makes your life quite comfortable and this balance if you keep in your life every eye who looks on you will think that you are living a perfect life not a life full with alot of disturbance.so try to manage your time leave all the distractions which are coming in completing the task
There are mainly two type of distractions : the first one is inner distractions like you might get feel to go washroom and you are feeling head pain or you are hungry so this type of distractions are regarded as inner distractions
The other type of distraction is known as outside distraction which is considered as mobile which really a great distraction so there is one way to keep your mobile away from you if you are addicted to mobile then try to set your watch time on mobile if you are spending 6 hours on mobile then set a reminder in mobile for 5 hours daily try to reduce 20 mints and this will help you alot everyone knows that in just one day you could not get rid of this addiction this should be done in a step of series which would be productive
And try to make your time productive if you have just half an hour free always have a book with you and start reading it at least you could read one or two pages in that book and that would be enough dose for your mind.
Persistence and passionate :-
You should be persistent and passionate to achieve your aim in your life if you have aim and you are not spending your mind your thoughts in right direction and you are not making your each second productive then there is no destination for you , you should be purposeful every time even you should done a task daily which is assigned .keep your passion alive and in turns it will keeps you alive it is a both hand procedure actually it is a clap which could not be done by just a single hand means to say you have to work on it and work hard , if you have a dream try to ful fill it as soon as possible and keep in mind that you could not achieve success in just one night success is not like a movie it is your real life and if you mold your life in a good way and you become a man of worth then people will make movies on your life so try to mark your name . Do not think that the people who are successful they have luck try to understand that when your hardwork is there then luck could not mold your way to success because it is your life and you will take decision about your life that what you want in your life
Learn from failure:-
Do you know , that in 🐦 birds there is no such concept of society pressure that what do the society think about me ? If I failed this attempt .... They try again and again do you think that why all the stories are based mostly on birds and animals ? Because they try they try harder even after failure ! And I know that people love to read such stories and they may feel a kind of motivation from lot of stories like slow and steady wins the race . If you are working hard and you failed then there is not your fault you are good but there was flaw may be in your work may be something lag behind try to recognize that thing and work on that , don't think about what people say , people will always say something even if you are sitting on the seat of prime minister because people are sitting in their home and they can just do a task which is worthless and that is talking and gossip about others life and they try to put the person let down .

This movie is actually female leading movie in which there is no such big role for men .
Story detail ✍️:-
The main character has been done by Bollywood girl Vidya balan who is news anchor in the movie 🎥 on other side she has a maid at his home who look after her son whenever she was on work , most of the time she gets late due to work and she could not manage time that is why she was not able to spend more time with his son , his son mainly depends upon the maid ruskhsana one day she was taking interview of a political person and she called to rukhsana to stay at her home and to take care of her son rukhsana call to her house to his daughter to inform that she will live at the house of Vidya and also said that inform your father and her husband leave the house after that only her daughter was at home all alone,
At that time she called to her boy friend who urged to meet her and she agreed and they met at a railway station where her boyfriend try to be intimate but she restrict and she ran away in this whole scenerio ,Vidya was returning to her home and she was drank due to burden of work and she was also feeling dizziness in all this situation her car hit to that girl who was daughter of her maid , but Vidya just speed up her car because she was in a paradoxical situation at that time and she was not aware what to do at that time at mid night she came back to her home with sweaty forehead , when she entered to room in anxiety her maid offer him coffee but she refused and she went to sleep .
On the next morning when she got up she go through all the newspaper but lucky there was no such news regarding that incident that happened last night but later on she got to know that she was daughter of rukhsana but everyone was unaware of that incident even rukhsana was also .Then Vidya visited the hospital and afford all the expenses of surgery and she was in delima wether she should reveal the truth or not because she was running a show "face the truth"and she was also thinking about her son that when she except then how her son will survive in this cruel world she has the fear about her son so she was not excepting but she was going through an abnormal situation and her behaviour was strange .
On the other side police was investing but twist came here that police was also concealing their CCTV camera recording because at the same day and same timing police was also dranked and they were fighting there so if that CCTV footage came on tv it can create much more hurdles for them.police was trying to argue with rukhsana's husband to take back the FIR and they were urging to sought out the problem by taking 25lack .
They were not accepting mainly rukhsana because she wanted to take revenge but when rukhsana came to know that her daughter tried to escape from their home with her boyfriend then she was just broken down and she was crying and accept 25lack and she also got to know that her madam was the murderer but she was unaware of madam's situation.
On the second side madam was regretting and she reach to the result that she will accept and she will go to jail now for what she has done , then she call to the struggling journalist who was trying to became successful and Knew the truth , then she said to her to record her statement .
At Vidya home rukhsana came to return back 25 lack which her madam has spended on her daughter surgery and she took her son with him to sea beach for a visit who was paralyzed , when Vidya came back from recording she got to know that rukhsana and her son were missing from home , there rukhsana trying to push her madam son into the sea but at the same time she saw her statement on internet and she took her son back at that Vidya came there and both mother cried and at a lighter note story comes to it end as both came to know the truth

My birthday
Today is mine birthday 🥳🎉 I have never celebrated a birthday without my members of family mainly without my father and mother but this time as I am living far away them and I am here to study to make them feel proud I have to sacrifice this birthday 🥳 means I have to celebrate this birthday without them and one thing more that I should not make me feel bad even I should feel better because their blessings and prayers are always with me so what fear do I have !
Today the class mates decorated my whole room and now my room is giving a cool and disco look that I loving it personally I really appreciate their efforts to celebrate my birthday at that time I was in tears because they were standing with me and they even feel me like they are my family I am turly blessed to have such kind and generous friends who are not just class mates but they are also supporting me at each step of my life may Allah bless them with all the things for which they have wished it is my heart feeling and prayer for all of them , if I talk about myself then I must I have to say that I an introvert person from beginning , means from my school life and I always keep only a single friend and I have firm believe that one should have one friend but both should be loyal to each other there should not be cheating in between them , when I did something same I did and when I ate something same he ate that was our friendship
Now I have to mention the things which were there at my birthday the first was surely a dry 🍰 cake , I actually love to eat dry cake because it has dry fruits over it and also it do not create a type of mess in our tummy it is a kind of soft cake which looks like bread so it is easy to digest a dry cake that's why my friends order dry cake for my birthday celebration

If you have ready previous posts then you might got to know that strawberry is one of my favourite fruit during the summer season and also it is much healthful and it is part of my diet plan I even end the day with a cup of strawberry so it was necessary to have a tray of strawberry along with a cake of birthday 🎉

I have watched the movie and honestly speaking I found movie quite boring and do not enjoy the whole movie first 1hour movie was awesome and in that part you feel good and movie was progressing and in the next one hour it becomes quite boring and it's topic revolves around a gangster who become a better person at the end of the movie and Kriti sanon plays the role of a casting director in this movie and he got fired from his job which was job of an assistant director and then she thinks that she will make a movie on gangster and after that she got to know that there is a bachchan paandey who is very brutal and who has much anger issues then she decided to make a movie over him and after doing so much struggles she succeed in her mission and she reaches to his home and start living with him and then she got to know that he is actually a good man and then he asked him permission to shoot a movie with him and he showed the positive side of his character and people start loving him people start praising him and at the last bachchan pandey also got to know that he is very good by his heart and he transform the his personality from a gangster to a good man and then he also thank to Myra on this story ends

Exercise ..is very important to keep yourself fit and healthy.
Exercise is not for becoming smart and to get rid of the fat belly , actually exercise is necessary for staying fit and healthy .
It is very important work , when we eat some food which contain oil content more we should do exercise to stay fit by doing exercise our body blood start circulation at higher level and according to science point of view mitochondria increases through which cellular respiration increases , though we feel little uncomfortable when we start doing exercise but if we make it routine we will not find it difficult to do exercise regularly it is because our mitochondria increases that also enhances our stamina to cope with the oxygen lower level and then we not feel it too much .
By doing exercise regularly our metabolism works fastly and stomach does it's work exponentially .
Life is not difficult actually people makes it. Life is all a out learnings , what we learn on the previous day and what we will learn on the next falling day , we should not make any mistake again if we have done .
