Menu of today: Shish Barak and Sanbousik. These are one of my favorite Lebanese dishes😋😋😋 Shish barak is a dough stuffed with minced meat, onion and parsley called kafta, then we bake them and we put them in yogurt sauce with some dried mint. The have the round form as you see in the 2 first pictures. The 3rd picture is the preparation of shish barak and sanbousik. Sanbousik are in the last picture, they are the same dough stuffed with minced meat already cooked with salt, pepper and cinnamon. we stuff them and bake them, some people like to fry them, they are tasty both ways. 😉😍❤️ #FoodPhotography
