Menu of today: Mulukhiyah 😋😋 This is a favorite dish of many Lebanese people, it is very healthy, somehow light and tasty. It is made of mulukhiyah leaves (the green leaves) (Saluyot in the Philippines)(the scientific name is Corchorus olitorius) and chicken. On the top we put onions in vinegar sauce and toasted bread.
