It is to be said that,Early to bed & Early to rise,makes a man healthy,wealthy & wise.Earling morning fresh air is very important for health which contain more oxygen & oxygen is so much for our body cell.Another thing that i must have to mention,Early rising can give us birds awesome sound & theres no noise.If you are the person having diabetes mallitus this is the perfect time for doing physical exercise.
