I'm sure that if you ask a poor person, they will tell you they most definitely exist. And how they view their poverty is also a choice. You can either be a choose to be a victim or not. If you choose to be a victim, most likely you will never make choices that move you out of poverty. People who believe the devil's trick of "inequality" would feel the deck is stacked against them and never make the choices to move out of poverty and to be fruitful in their life.
Sadly, when people try to fight fairly in life, they always lose. Sure, we can move out of poverty, but the majority of people who do it succeed by ignoring the first sentence.
