Crown Shyness Also called "canopy disengagement", is a phenomenon observed in some species of trees, wherein the crowns of fully stocked trees do not touch each other, which forms gaps. This phenomenon and its physiological explanations have been discussed in science literature from year 1920s until now. It is amazing that I have taken this photo while we are in queue for a college entrance examination. As I am waiting together with my former classmates at that time, I suddenly look up and saw this wonderful thing from above. It’s mesmerizing to see, right? Up until now, I am still curious about the true scientific explanation of this phenomenon. But as of now, one thing is for sure: Nature is wonderful. I miss going to this place again and watch this kind of scenery. Indeed, sceneries of nature really makes me calm. I think it is because I love nature and I care with the environment, especially the trees. I hope everyone has a care with our environment, too. #Photography
