A pleasant evening, my lovely friends. It's already past eight in the evening here in Philippines. By the way, let me share you our dinner. It's Pork Adobo! Well, I know most of Filipino really knows its recipe, even though it has variations depending on the region. As you noticed, it has more soup because my siblings like to have many soups especially if it's Adobo. Hahahahaha! I ask them about how's the taste. They say it's way better than my mother's version. Maybe I would agree, because even my mother told me that it was sooo good. Every time I cook dishes like this, they are always telling me that "Oh, you can now be married." Hahahahahaha! I know it was just a joke, but I think it just simply means that I'm somehow skilled in cooking. "How can I be married if I still don't have girlfriend?" Hahahaha!
