A pleasant evening, my friends! Let me share you our dinner tonight. It's none other than, Chicken Adobo! Earlier, as I am using my computer while checking the charts in Binance, my mother told me to cook for our dinner. When she told me what I will cook, I immediately shutdown my computer because Chicken Adobo is one of my signature dishes (I'm just kidding, 😅). For you who doesn't know where the word " adobo" came from, adobo was derived from a Spanish word "adobar", which means "marinade", "seasoning", or "sauce". For the past decades that had come, there were already many variations of this famous Filipino food across the regions in Philippines. Which means, there's no specific "recipe" of Adobo. Instead of thinking what is the original recipe, let's just be glad that there are many versions of it that we can try or taste, and it is known already on the other parts of the world. #FilipinoFoods
