The increase in temperature is significantly high as climate change worsens it. Having that said, humans are at risk of its excruciating implications. Heat exhaustion is among the lethal effects of severely high temperatures. It can induce headache, nausea, dizziness, heavy sweating, thirst, and weakness of the body. Heat exhaustion can result in cramps in the mild form, while heatstroke is at its worst. In preventing heat exhaustion, here are the things you have to remember to remain at ease and comfortableโ€”more importantly, safe during hot days. We have to be mindful and adaptive to what is happening in our environment; always remain cool and calm to assess things efficiently, ๐œ๐ก๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐ฅ๐š๐ง๐ !
