"SINAING NA TULINGAN"๐ Tulingan/Tambakol is a Filipino word for Mackerel Tuna, sinaing is our term for a cooked rice. Filipino loves to mix words though it's beyond the meaning already. Some natives here cooked Mackerel Tuna with lots of tamarind, either leaves or raw fruits, some put raw mangoes or kalamias so the "Sinaing na Tulingan" taste sour. Some put banana leaves and some put coconut milk. Of course you can upgrade the dish with vegetables like eggplants, chili or so! Yummy, more coconut milk please.
