I saw this on a shady place and ask the residents there if the red fruit like are edibles. And they told me that its not edible and poisonous so I just took a photos of it and didn't touch it.

Oh I wonder what plant/tree that is then and why it is poisonous...
As I look into google it called trichosantes.Locals in camsur where I visited told me that its poisonous but googles says it use as medicine
