These photos were taken yesterday, while waiting for the train going to Sofia. The train stations here are not as modern like others. Sofia, is 30 Km from our place. You will be shocked but the tickets here are maybe the cheapest in EU 1.20/euro /person and there's more, you'll enjoy the view outside! Can you travel by train with 1.20/euro in your country? So lovely view! And how interesting, in Bulgarian the word "ticket office" written by "каса", and in Russian it will be "касса"!!😃 It would be very interesting to see your trains. I love to travel by train! 1.2 euros - we have about the same price for a train for distances of 30-40 minutes. And if you go from us by train, for example, to Moscow (3.5 days), it will cost from 45 to 90 euros, depending on the places and season. I was very surprised by the prices in India, where very cheap transfers by any type of transport. There are of course "luxury", but they probably are everywhere😊
That is awesome. Cyrillic is very interesting :) My husband can read Russian, I'm still learing to read cyrillic lols That is really cheap there too. The trains are are not really that new but it's working and safe to go on trains. I will post the trains in BG next time. We also have trains in the Philippines, a bit cheaper than riding jeepneys (public transportation) Thanks for dropping by and wish you a lovely day.
It is very interesting will read post about trains🙂 And the topic of languages is very interesting. 2 years ago, I started learning Hindi, we were taught by the wonderful Saurabh, he taught very vividly, with humor and told a lot of interesting things about India. It turns out that people living in the north and south of India speak such different dialects that they do not understand each other. And when I was traveling in India by train, I was surprised at how different the speech sounds in different states. Do the Filipinos have a similar speech and alphabet to any other people?
Amazing indeed! Yes it is the same in my country. We have 7,640 islands and each provinces have different dialect Maybe we have approx 80 dialects. But we have main language is "Tagalog" Almost everyone knows tagalog. Tagalog subject is taught at school. If I go to the North, I will not understand their dialect unless they speak tagalog to me. If I go to the South the case is the same. Some can speak different dialects. WE have the same letters and alphabet. Philippines was also colonized by Spaniards by many years so we have lots of Spanish words.

Sometimes I read comments that people write in their native language, but I realize that I don't understand anything😅 a completely different language family. We have some linguistic similarities with Bulgarians, Ukrainians, Belarusians, Serbs, Croats, Poles, and Slovaks. How interesting it would be to understand all languages! 😊 Happy day for you!
