My Silent Noiser's! Today iam going to discuss the topic which inspired with me most,, Accept Challenges To Be A Leader, To get name and fame in our work place and to settle well, then we should follow some fundamental principles,,They are, Control Over Our Mind When we are working in a group, up's and down's are common, So we should not get Anger or Cry for small issues. By respecting others feeling only we should tell what we are thinking. If we want to take stand on any issue we should have Control Over Mind. Change Is Must The energy and activness which are at time of joining the job should be continued for year's also. Should update according to market and we should be capable to guess future requirements of market Accept Challenges Most of people afraid to face challenges. But when it comes to us we must be ready to face any Challenge in any situation also. Whatever problem may be we should show our talent and solve it and make others feel that we can handle any situation. We should have some planning always to face future situations.
