For This Generation Children?! Mainly we should grow our Children with Self-confidence in them. For this some important suggestions by Experts,, We should appreciate our Children for there little works also. These appreciations will increase Self- confidence in them. Never compare our Children with other children of their group, By saying that your friends are studying better than you. This leads to squalling in them. For our Children tell how to do a work? And leave them free. Spoon feeding of every thing may loose their Creativity. During education, doing projects works if they are facing problems try to mingle with them and help them in sorting out. This helps to increase their Self- confidence in them. Don't try to pin point every time if they get less marks in exams or not able to do any work in time. Just make them to know their faults and encourage them to correct their mistakes. We should only tell our Children their strengths and weaknesses. Appreciate their strengths and give suggestions to overcome their weaknesses also. Tell our Children which will help for their development in the form of a small Stories or our experiences. So that they can easily understand.
