I think today I need to harvest my benswap farming rewards, but still I got confused to sell it or hold it for long term. I was thinking it to swap for BCH and invest that coin in another token.

How much did you invest here and for how long have you left it to give you this returns?
Invested around 0.08 BCH and so far harvesting and selling back the farming rewards eben I get 0.026 BCH back. but the thing is dollar value of my farming pair loss the value.
