I remember the first time I saw this movie (squid game) ,that was last year November if I'm not mistaken. This movie was on the lips of everyone last year and you dare not say you hadn't seen it lol. Before I finally got it, I was skeptical coz most times when there's a hype about something,when I finally come across that thing, my hope usually gets dashed but this one was actually worth my while😄😉 So I was just bored towards this evening and I decided to watch it again and I'm finding it pretty interesting too. Who has seen this movie before? And which of the games did u find really difficult and mind blowing? #squidgame #storyhub

I was just scrolling through my gallery and I saw the first drawing I made in April this year, this was the day I discovered I could hold a pencil and draw something that can be appreciated. Prior to this day, I didn't believe I could even make a sketch, as a matter of fact ,when I was in primary school, anytime the fine arts teacher walked into the class, my heart would skip coz I'm afraid of what he'd ask us to draw, if we got assignment to draw Fantastic! My baby brother who is talented In that area would do me the honours, if he wasn't disposed, my dad's or elder sister or my immediate younger brother would help me with the drawing coz I never in my wildest dreams believed I could draw anything that would turn out beautiful. How did this drawing even start? BOREDOM!!!, I was bored one evening, looked for what to do with myself and I couldn't find anything so I went through my brother's sketch book just to feed my eyes and I got motivated, so I asked for a drawing, he gave this one to me and like a joke I drew it, I was shocked at what I had accomplished, mom was very surprised as well as my other siblings and since then, every now and then i would look for a simple sketch and practice it. If you want, I can upload some more of my drawings tomorrow? If you want me to, say yes in the comments😃🤓

Today has been such a busy day for me, I just woke up from a nap now, I'm so tired plus I'm down with a flu.😭 I've been taking vitamin c for a while but it doesn't seem to help. I'll just help myself with these oranges and see if they will help me. Guys how do you treat your flu without meds? I don't want to take any meds for this flu, want my body to fight this time. Guys I got another charger from the lady who sold the terrible one to me yesterday,the drama that took place today at her shop is just too much for me to talk about. I just took this one ,not that it's amazing but atleast it charges my phone, like 1% in 10mins,I just don't like confrontation and trouble that's why I took it. I'll never go back to that shop to buy charger or anything else for that matter again. I think she sells old worn out chargers that don't work anymore so I doubt that business will blossom. There's this adage my people always say " Ahia oma n'ere onwe ya" which means "Good products sell themselves" If this lady stocked her shop with good chargers, I will not only buy from her,I will even direct my friends and family members who are in need of new chargers to patronize her. So you see, one lesson I learnt today "don't settle for less because of now, think about the future,it matters even more" She probably bought those chargers coz they were cheap and she wanted to make a huge profit from them,but joke's on her, I won't buy from her ever again, I'm pretty sure so many people that have bought before won't come back or atleast recommend her shop to anyone else,now who's loosing in the long run? #storyhub

Lunch is served guys. I prepared something special and delicious for my fam, since mom left the house in my care for the day, I decided to treat my family to a very delicious lunch. Fried rice, with turkey and moi-moi. What do you guys think? I'm not doing so badly with mom's absence right?😃

The weather is so hot today, I just stepped out to buy a few things and the sun hit my brother and I so hard so I had to get this frozen yogurt to help me cool down. This tastes really sweet and it's cooling me down as it should😉 Who wants some?😃🤗

Good morning noise mates! On calm mornings like this I love to start my day with taking a walk ,look at how beautiful nature is, the weather is so cool and inviting. Yesterday wasn't really a good day for me and I couldn't sleep until around 2am this morning,so immediately I woke up , I put on my joggers and sneakers and went out for a short stroll. I have a lot set out for today, hopefully everything will go as planned. How's your morning going noise mates,hope the day is going pretty well so far?

Guys I bought a new charger and plugged in my phone since few minutes past five and it's 9pm over here now , yet my phone is 28% ,I think this charger will destroy my phone if I don't return it. I just hope the lady who sold it to me won't make a fuss and say she never sold it to me coz it won't be funny. She guaranteed me that this charger would work now it's not even charging my phone! My goodness! I'm not happy at all. #storyhub

My charger just gave up on me and my battery is running low . To top the chart! Now is the only time the power supply company in this country has a rethink and there's been electricity since morning😭 I really don't know what to do now, my heart is sore.

Guys do you sometimes look so beautiful in real life but once you take a picture, it doesn't look beautiful at all. Remember I told you about the on going renovations happening in our compound?Look at the heap of sand infront of the gate and it's getting pretty late, I don't think we'll be able to close the gate tonight. Imagine taking your shower yet your body still itches you? Sad? Yea but that has been my predicament for a while now. I suspect the water from these overhead tanks are not clean at all, since we moved into this place, the water has not been purified, I guess? My face has a lot of rashes and I don't like what I look like now. I'm about going to take a shower but I'm pretty scared to go under that shower now, I would have boiled some water but the weather is too hot for me to use hot water. Does anyone know anyway we could purify the water in these tanks or atleast clean the tanks? Your opinions will be highly appreciated.

Guys I've made an observation tho, please tell me what you think about this. You go for an interview then the employer asks for ur CV, you hand him or her the CV ,as the employer will be holding ur Cv, birth certificate, health report, school certificate they'll still be asking u "tell me about yourself" Me: I'm your boss, sir😬😂

My goodness! People can be so annoying. Just as I was in my room getting ready to leave the house, a worker from the upper flat just poured dirty water from the top and it splashed on my clothes that I spread at the back to dry and now my clothes are soaking wet, the floor is also a mess, now my hard work is in vain, I don't have a choice but to wash the clothes all over again coz I don't know what the content of the water was, I may wear my clothes and they'd start itching me. And these are the clothes I washed yesterday,they were almost dry! I don't know what kind of inhumane behavior this worker just displayed. I wouldn't do such if I were in his shoes. I understand that there's an ongoing renovation and it's quite hectic but he shouldn't have just poured that water like that. I don't like to shout at people if not I would have gone to give him a piece of my mind. I just think people don't think about other people's feelings before they do certain things. #veryannoyed #morningrant

Hey fam, I woke up a few hours ago and I'm getting ready for work, I have quite a lot set out for today. Just looking out through my balcony and I can see people moving out to work, hastily, sweating ,getting used to the hustle and bustle of the city. This got me thinking about adulthood and trust me I feel it's a scam . We grow up to work so hard in order to earn a living, dealing with bills and all that. I wish I could go back to being a child ,I mean that was the life , all I did was play, eat, make demands and sleep . I could give anything to become a child again. But due to the way life was tailored, forward ever, backward never,I'll just have to continue with life regardless of my wishes. Like the famous saying goes thus " if wishes were horses, the poor would ride which is very true. Let me leave you guys and go get on with work before I have something to regret lol. SOMETIMES ALL YOU NEED IS A GOOD FART! I remember what happened one time, I was at my friend's place, we were busy doing assignment when suddenly her stomach became really painful, and the bubbly friend just changed her face, as she was growling in pain, clenching hard to her stomach and crying, I called her mom immediately who was in the kitchen preparing dinner, immediately she saw the state her daughter was in ,with my help we lifted her up, carried her to the car and quickly drove off to the doctor's office. While in the doctor’s office, the doctor took one look and told my friend's mom to take her daughter to the ER. She feared something along the lines of an intestinal rupture. About half way to the hospital, my friend suddenly let loose the loudest, most powerful fart any of us had ever heard, honestly we were all perplexed . I for one thought the upholstery in the car seat had ripped. After a good 30 seconds of intense farting, she looked at her mom and said, “I feel all better now!” What? Are you kidding me? I thought, so all you needed was a good fart? To be honest I had to take my head out through the window coz taking in all that stench was violation on my part hahhaha. This reminds me of another story I'll drop tomorrow...watch this space!

Respect they say is reciprocal, if you want to be respected, you should show respect and that's how life goes on. Growing up as a child I was taught to respect my elders ,greet them, listen to and obey their instructions. I believe respect is earned not forced, it takes a while to gain respect yet it only takes a second to lose it. Where I come from most people believe greeting shows respect but I feel that shouldn't be so coz a person's lips could greet you but the heart may despise you. Moral of the story : Genuinely treat people right , respect them and you'll get respect in return. Have a lovely night guys, goodnight ❤️😘

Food is over rated, pls does anyone have an antidote to getting hungry, I'll spend my last savings on it .🙈 I mean as the economy is getting worse, food prices keep skyrocketing and the simplest, cheapest meals one could afford have now become something to plan on. This morning I wanted to make shawarma for my fam and I spent twice as much as I would 3 months ago. To think food is a basic amenity yet we spend so much on it. I feel our right to basic standard of living is being trampled upon If you're a scientist, please try and discover the antidote to getting hungry I'll be your first patron😁😉. Look at the shawarma I made today, I really love shawarma.

Thinking about this ,the power supply company in Nigeria will make appliances spoil faster than they should. Look at this now,they barely give us electricity so whenever they bring it everyone including me will rush out to charge my phone and other electrical appliances that I own, no matter what it is that I'm doing and no matter the percentage of the battery which isn't good, it's not advisable to charge ur appliances when the battery percentage isn't low else it will kill the battery but let's face it, if you don't charge ur appliances and they take the light ,you're uncertain when they would bring the electricity back so you'll have no choice but to spend your money buying fuel and fuel prices keep skyrocketing everyday . The power supply of Nigeria needs to step up and save us the stress . In other news, they just brought electricity, let me go and charge my phone quickly #rantday

I've noticed something about people from my country, I feel like they think they have a say in a person's life, just my thoughts tho, I may be right or wrong ,I mean sometimes In my mind I'm contemplating if they actually genuinely care of maybe they feel a little too entitled ,well I'll tell you a short story about what happened this morning. So I went out to buy things for breakfast for my parents and siblings ,I went to this lady's shop ,I patronize her often coz she's friendly and welcoming yea? So when I got there, we exchanged pleasantries as usual then I told her the stuff I wanted to buy ,I thought the pretty lady would just give me what I asked for instead ,she took her time to ask me what I'm doing with my life at the moment, "Are you going to school? " She asked , " work?" I said "ermmm, well I'm not going to school yet but I will soon" and she was like "ahhhh you must go and learn a trade and not waste your life ,coz you're young and you can't afford to waste your time" mind you at this point I was just smiling and nodding in acceptance , I mean I saw this coming, by the way I didn't tell her that I work as a script writer for a production company, I just thanked her for her advice and promised not to waste my life. Why am I telling this story, this lady might have spoken to me out of a good heart which i don't fault her for but what if I wasn't the person she was talking to, what if she had met someone who was basically struggling financially or someone who is depressed,that person won't take it the way I did but the person might be hurting ,feeling like his or her life had no meaning,the person might feel that his or her life had gotten so bad that the outside world has noticed and now trying to tell him or her what to do. Coz let's face it, 90% of people in this world know that they need to do something to better their lives but sometimes life doesn't turn out the way people plan it. if you talk about learning a trade, you need money to do so and some people are struggling financially and trust me you don't want to add emotional torture to it. Moral of the story, in as much as you really want to advice someone ,please be careful, some people are passing through a lot and all they need is kindness, don't always feel you have the right to tell someone what to do, it may be coming from a good place but trust me, it will be more appreciated if you mind your business. Please tell me your opinion on this in the comments,I'll be expecting to hear from y'all. How's your afternoon going beautiful people?
