When people trust you wholeheartedly, they look at you for guidance, leadership and handling of different adversities. When you are not strong mentally to withstand pressure and adversities, people who look at you for guidance wouldn't be able to trust you. Trust is not just earned by force, it is earned through your actions and decisiveness.
