Having a business plan, ideas and fore sight is really important and good. But without having the will to execute the ideas that is when everything becomes worthless and uninspiring. So many successful business people didn't have that much great ideas on their own. But rather, the ideas and plan sold out to them by other people. In business, execution is the key and very important before you get to that top level. Don't just dream about that business without executing it. Execution is key to a successful venture. #RandomThoughts

Thoughts remain thoughts. Without action, they remain dormant and will never produce fruits without putting it to action. That's why you don't need to be a genius to be successful, the will for action is enough.
