AVOID THE EXCUSES Quit trying to blame someone, nature or your environment for what you are not doing right. Despite the fact that people are different in many ways doesn't mean that you should be complacent on the things that concern your health, your finances and your life in general. No one said is going to be easy, but you need to go hard on yourself and avoid giving excuses on why you didn't get it right in the first place.
